Set a fixed daily timespan (e.g. 9-10 am) in which you are allowed to check reddit (as well as other social media). The rest of the day, no. Easier said than done though. A good help is deleting the apps on your phone and only checking social media on your computer. Makes it easier to control.

As always, the answer is: Forget about her and find a new girl. This chick is using you as an emotional tampon. You are wasting your time and destroying your sense of self-worth in the process.

Time is my most valuable resource, therefore I should work all day instead of spending my time with the people I love. Got it.

I laughed pretty hard but I still disagree with this post. Remember the old saying guys. "Money can make a girl's panties drop but it can never make them wet."

There are also studies that claim high fat diets lead to cancer and fatigue and high carb diets (e.g. pescetarian/vegan) is the way to go. Do not act like the science on this is settled, it is not.

Your post sounds like it's written by an edgy teenager who read the Wikipedia entry on Nietzsche. That's why it was deleted I guess.

TL;DR Some people do compound exercises with poor form and hurt themselves, therefore we should all switch to bodyweight training, which is a completely different thing but I need to promote my video so who cares.
/r/TheRedPill05/04/18 07:29 PM

If you fucked up your shoulders benching your own bodyweight you either had piss poor form or some prior injury. Benching ~70-100kg with proper form is completely safe. And please, show me one natural athlete that got big from machine workouts only. There is none.

Same old story. Guy wants open relationship with his girlfriend and then is shocked when she actually does fuck another dude. Heard a thousand times.

Uhm yeah the bench press can lead to rotator cuff issues, but so does the neck press. And the risk is actually much higher. The neck press places your shoulders in an outward rotation. Add considerable resistance and shoulder injuries become very likely. Ask ANY physician and he'll tell you this. Besides, I don't really buy the assertion that basic lifts don't develop your chest well. Weightlifters like Lu Xiaojun have great pecs and they don't even care about aesthetics.

Stopped reading when you mentioned the "neck press". Great exercise to destroy your shoulder joints as efficiently as possible.

Becoming a Yu-Gi-Oh pro is the most efficient way to get laid. You won't believe how many groupies (8+) get banged in the backstage rooms of TCG tournaments. Thank God the red pill fools don't know about this and still waste their time in the gym.

The problem is that American right-wingers are just as ideologically obsessed as the leftists they despise, and have no ability to question their own beliefs.

Please, tell me about the supposed advantages of guns. I'm not even being sarcastic here, this is something that I genuinely never understood. The reason that Marxism has had a larger impact in Europe is that, guess what, it was invented here. Originally by the Germans Marx and Engels and then modified by the French Postmodernists. There was less Marxist influence in America because the Marxist activist groups where thousands of miles away, and back then there was no internet that allowed ideas …

Frustrated males at the bottom of the dominance hierarchy have always existed since the beginnings of humanity. It is not a modern phenomenon. Just look at the story of Cain, he's basically the ancient prototype of the school shooter. Personally I don't see a solution to this problem, in every kind of social hierarchy you will have individuals at the bottom, and these will often be resentful and seek revenge. The difference is that these men in the past did not have automatic rifles that can kil…

If you don't have sex, you unconscious mind thinks you are unable to fulfill your biological imperative and thus a failure at life. That's why you feel depressed and self loathing after a long dry spell. So yes, there are negative side effects of not having sex and the oxygen analogy actually makes a lot of sense.

Bullshit. Stop spreading this nonsense. Ever wondered by humans cannot process raw meat at all? Because our digestive system is not made for it, we are herbivores. Our ancestors in the Ice Age started eating meat out of necessity, not because it is the optimal way to eat.

By writing "introduction" before beginning your introduction, you explicitly state what the following paragraph will contain. I think my analogy is valid. orienting someone to your intention with body language or a wave to someone before speaking Something like "The ideas presented in this piece..." or "My closing thoughts on the issue..." would be more equivalent to what you mean here. The following structural component of the essay is implied, but not explicitly stated. Look, anybody can write…

I don't know, it comes across as really weird and autistic to me. It's just in bad taste and makes me think the author is an idiot. Imagine me saying "I'll shake your hand now" before shaking your hand. That would be pretty awkward wouldn't it?

Off-topic: Why do so many posts here have this summary-body-conclusion thing going on? Is this taught in American high schools? In German something like that would be considered really bad writing. The structure of an essay should be self evident by the way it is written.

If you don't care about this girl because she's trash and all, why would you make a fucking post on the internet about her, in which you are getting all emotional and butthurt about what she did? Why don't you just shrug it off and move on? There seems to be some disconnect here. Edit: Okay I read some of your replies in this thread. With all due respect, I think you misunderstand Plato here. Contrary to what you say, he actually does mean that sexuality (and by extension, the will to pleasure) is a bad thing, a liability that has to be overcome. The same core idea that the Abrahamistic religions as well as Buddhism are founded on. And in my opinion, this way if thinking is life-defeating, not something anyone should aspire for. Desires (or "Demons" as you call them) are not evil, they are life itself. They are what make liv…

Because good sex is ultimately about male enjoyment, even for women. She will get much more turned on by you pounding her hard and grunting like an animal than you licking her pussy for 30 minutes.

What planet do you live on? There are not many people who can lift 2x their bodyweight, even fewer if you discount the fat powerlifters. Heavy compound lifts + low body fat = good abs You will not find a counter example to this. Just look at weightlifters like Lu Xiaojun. BWEs are not bad by any means, but unnecessary.

Another bs post. Everybody who can deadlift 2x his body weight has good enough abs for a sixpack. If you still cannot see it it's because of body fat percentage.

He became (or at least appeared to be) seriously pissed over a petty issue that is really not a big deal at all. Your girl wants to spend an evening with her girlfriends, so what? Who fucking cares?

Why didn't you just text "Sure whatever, have fun!" or something like that? Your answer was way too emotional and needy in my opinion. If she really did this to upset you, she got exactly what she wanted.

Guys on this sub are nuts and have consumed too much pua shit. If a girl tells you you're unattractive that's not a shit test, she just doesn't want to fuck you. If she did, she wouldn't risk alienating you with such a statement.

But what if the woman felt pressured into consenting? That's still rape isn't it?
/r/TheRedPill19/12/17 08:27 AM

Okay, I was generalizing. But in my experience, women get the most pleasure out of being submissive, while men get the most out of being dominant (which is also why girl on top is a rather lame position imo).

The sheer fact that you make such a big deal out of the situation (which was probably perceived as trivial small talk by everyone else) shows you are likely not the high SMV man you say you are.

I don't disagree with what you said but I think you misunderstood some of the OP. What he means is that viewing porn turns you into the passive participant. You don't really do anything except touching your dick, the sex experience itself is done to you by the actors on the screen. You're experiencing sex from a female perspective, since the female is passive during sex.

The point of red pill is getting a more accurate understanding of the way human mating works. And this includes the fact that looks matter. A lot. The belief that they don't and it's all about inner values (=confidence) is a classic of blue pill thinking. You have no idea what you're talking about.

What a bunch of bullshit. Looks are the single most important factor in sexual attraction. If a woman is simply not aroused by you, no amount of game/confidence/status/money/whatever will change that fact. Looks alone won't get you laid, but neither will game. Both are prerequisites. If you are really ugly (asymmetrical/deformed face) or really short, then you are fucked in terms of dating. That's the bitter truth.

Well, height is a major factor in male attractiveness, and there is really no way around it. Skin color is not that big of a deal, I live in Europe and we have plenty of good looking Arab/Persian guys (or the rare taller Indian) who do well with women. I wish I could give you some solution to your problem, but there really is none. It's just a part of human existence that you have to accept, no one else can do that for you.

Well I absolutely do not approve of pornography. But masturbating without it is perfectly fine in my opinion. The thing is, if you cut out the porn, you will automatically masturbate less frequently, since you only get a boner when you are actually horny. Everything will become problematic if you do it obsessively. But that doesn't make the thing evil in itself. I find this all or nothing attitude with regards to masturbation/alcohol/weed/etc to be very silly. A drink or a joint every few days w…

Does anyone else cringe when a dude describes himself as attractive and then somewhere in his post it turns out he's a virgin? Seen this a couple of times now haha. Seems like it's not only women who are delusional about their SMV.

Of course a relationship is not wrong per se, it's just that most guys get into one for the wrong reason. They think commiting will provide them a steady supply of sex and female validation, and relieving the competition anxiety they constantly feel while being single (yes, guys have that too). I believe actual affection/"love" is rarely the reason guys enter relationships, it's almost always out of insecurity (I'd rather settle with a suboptimal girl than have no pussy+validation at all).

Of course not, but if you are in a room full of people you don't know, the other people's looks is all that you have as an indication of their status. And if you already have the (conscious or unconscious) self-image of being low status, this gets reinforced by you being physically weaker than the others. It is a very primal(=largely irrational) instinct, in this regard we really are seals. If you have a strong self image (assuming yourself to be high status), you will be mostly unaffected by th…

No. If you walk into a space full of males which are almost all physically superior to you, you feel weak and insecure. You realize how low you are in the male dominance hierarchy. A very unpleasant feeling. This phenomenon is literally millions of years old, exists in animals too and has absolutely nothing to do with "SJWs".

No offense, but this sounds like some Eckardt Tolle style bs to me. Desire is the most natural thing in the world, it is what makes you do anything at all. "Removal of desire" would mean that you just sit around doing nothing until you die of thirst. Complete nonsense. "You begin to realize you have been living life in accordance to your senses (i,e ego) and not from your true self" What is this "true self"? Being red pilled means understanding the mating game that human beings play. And how you can apply this understanding to improve your own life, on an individual level. It has absolutely nothing to do with "protecting cultures" or politics in general. I don't care about America, I don't care about the white race, and I don't care about the male sex either. If you do that's great, but please discuss it somewhere else.
