I have an issue with ED This reads like classic case of desensitizing your dick/brain by using too much hardcore porn. Have you tried NoFap?

What kind of kindergarden post is this? Texting with sponge bob gifs? It felt like I'm reading a Red Pill guide for little kids.

Same here. "Completed" the book in one year prior to joining a proper gym for the first time. Was able to do one arm pushups and pistol squats, and it became boring after that. I craved some real barbell squats and deadlifts.

Early 30s. I do Intermittent Fasting on a regular basis, semi-strictly. For maybe 2-3 years? Since I discovered it. I don't have a weight problems, therefore fasting is not something I strive for. I just don't like eating breakfast. And I enjoy going to gym on empty stomach after a couple hours of waking up and one black coffee. All I have to check is late evening unnecessary snack or meal. Why awaken you digestive system before sleep?

I have experimented with fasting. And no matter what approach I chose (Intermittent Fasting, 24h water fasting), I have always managed to derive a fascinating benefit and well being from it. Mental clarity, skin health, physical well being. These are the things I enjoyed the most. Back when I first started to educate myself on this subject (reading books, watching documentaries and science reports) I stumbled upon a theory that I really liked. The theory is this: when you are in a fasting state …

At least someone with a more open mind on this matter. Maybe I'm a bit on the Blue side still, but I think OP sounds too drastic. We all know that AWALT and that no one, by nature, is monogamous. Yet OP reacts as if it was bizarre betrayal from her part. I know I'm probably too inexperienced, it's just that having such great chemistry as OP described, where both of you enjoy each other so much, and then just abruptly throw it all away, seem to me insusceptible/heartless. At least leave her as a …

Elliott Hulse also explains it quite well: Love is Not Ownership Watching his ideas through RedPill lens makes it very easy to see the meaning of his wisdom. A lot of comments on that video are negative, full with people who are too short sight minded, who miss the point. It simply proves that majority are socially conditioned "batteries", plugged in.

I like the way you wrote this comment. It resonates very well with me, personally. I'm on the same path that you are and knowing that only part of it is completed, compared to you, I found your comment inspiring. Man, NOFAP is a hell of a drug! Discovered it couple years ago. I would say that it's the main catalyst for everything that a self improving man would want. Definitely in top 3 life changing musts (besides RedPill and lifting).

I won't be able to share them with her. This is the burden of being a man. Very powerful realization. Sad, but true. Understanding it is like accepting (as a kid) that the Santa is not real. All that heartwarming fantasy tale is nothing but a lie. And you can't change it, you can't make it happen. You have to live with it for the rest of your life.

The woman girl in this video seems to have more testosterone than those two wimpy teenagers combined. Discussion here should not be about women, but about those two men.

Lifting weights is mandatory to being a man. It puts us closer to our manly machines (our bodies), awakening part of our being, our soul. We, men were/are not supposed to be comfortable - sit in couches, drive in cars, doing work at the computer. To really function as a male human body - we NEED physical activity! And I don't mean just moving; I mean lifting, throwing, pulling heavy shit, shit that challenges us, our believes, our fears, our central nervous system - shit that awakens us and make…

I misread: Pick up a hobby. It could be pornography, And I thought: damn, if he chooses THAT to be his hobby then he's doomed. Seriously, if you are any near that stuff or masturbation in general, then... there could be your answer. I will not say that it's a cure all or the root of your problems, but it's a life changer. yourbrainonporn.com & /r/NoFap. Just take a look. If something rings a bell, try it.

Weightlifting is in my top 3 best fundamental choices I've ever made in my life. It is indescribable almost. Not that I was obese or super skinny. I was just... I just was. Then. I started moving. It was like a cold clay. That I tried to get in a motion for many attempts. Attempts that didn't last more than few weeks at most. Because every time I quit. I didn't see results fast enough, lost motivation and quit. Multiple times. I don't know what to say here. I guess it depends on individual - wha…

I don't know who invented the "HB" (hot blonde; hot babe?), but I think this scale from 1-10 is a simple and effective measurement scheme, used in our slang so that everyone would understand what we are talking about; have a rough idea.

Thanks to my older brother. He casually said to check out this subreddit, when I was having a relationship problems. God knows when I would have stumbled upon this RED PILL (indeed), because I have never seen it mentioned before, although, I'm familiar with most reasonable subs, like seddit, for example. Thanks!

"you don't look good when you don't smile" FTFY It's better to say it to a girl, because women are supposed to radiate the beauty (smile makes it more so), while men - don't.

Personally speaking, I wasn't too addicted to masturbating/porn (maybe 2-3 times per week), but when I did it, it was usually many clips per session before I found "the right one". And knowing that there (on the internet) are guys who do it more than once A DAY, then the number doesn't seem too over exaggerated.

When I started seriously working out/going to gym, I did it for looks and for validation. After first plateau my perception was shifted completely. I didn't see this activity as an simple side task - I saw it as an lifestyle. Through sweat, blood and tears I trashed my perception of why am I doing this. It wasn't just to look jacked. I started doing it to feel good, both physically and mentally. Looks did not matter as much as before. Working out made me realize me, listen to me, see me - as wha…

Comparing your biography vs mine makes me totally depressed. I'm 28 years old virgin. And I only recently had an "from this day now - only forward, to be a better man" wake-up call. I'm working out, eating well, sleeping well, basicaly reading and doing everything that has to be done to improve myself and start a proper life. Without any doubt of ever looking back or returning to where or what I was. Still it is only now, at the age of 28, where I'm about to make a first step in socialising. It …

No. Nothing religious. Basically it's about physical and mental benefits of not masturbating. You know when you testosterone levels rise after few days of not faping and you feel more energised. You become more social, confident etc. yourbrainonporn.com explained it much deeper, but seems that it is currently down. But I've found intro about that website on YouTube: Your Brain On Porn: Porn Addiction (Part 1) Hope that helps.

I noticed this by surprise. I've started a serious workout program, which also makes my posture improve drastically. One day, when I went to grocery store after a good workout, I was quite struck by how loud/clear, deep, grungy my voice was. I was quite shocked and intimidated by myself. Must have to be some affect from NoFap too, I guess.
