5	To cut or not to cut As a british person, (which is culturally close enough to American's as is required for this comparison) most men here are uncircumcised, and there is no general negative side affects. Its a cultural norm thing, which can be chosen to be done or not. I would naturally side on the position of uncircumcision, and my child will not be circumcised, unless there is a medical necessity.
