The CDC Study on Intimate Partner Violence says that women rape men as much as men rape women. The double standard is that when women do it, the public is all "oh that man's so lucky" and when the male does it he's a monster. How would a male feel if a female was pointing a gun at his head and saying, "Get hard or die"? Exactly the same as if the gender roles were reversed.

to be fair, the US Supreme Court Case Reed v. Reed of 1961 says you can't make arbitrary gender laws based on gender alone without any other cause edit: /u/McFeely_Smackup explains better than I do: As I understand previous legal rulings, if your employer has an established business model based on female bartenders, then they can discriminate. If they just like female bartenders, then you'd have a case for discrimination.

Not all of them. I had a teacher in 7th grade who absolutely hated boys with a capital H. While girls were getting away with sticking gum on the wall, if a boy talked while the teacher was talking, boom smash the boy is staying after school and parents are contacted. To me, I think it's just the "women are wonderful" mentality.
