Often times it is not prioritizing properly. Fake tanning, hair jobs, and nails gets expensive and would often take precedence over things like rent, food. etc, Most women I know think "I got paid" I want to do this and this and this..... Then end of the month comes and they realize they will be short on rent

Probably spent $30k on the wedding and is anxiety ridden with debt. If there was an actual reason to get married, there is NO reason a wedding should cost as much as a new car.

Do you feel like you are missing something from life? If so, maybe pick up a hobby, join a sports team, or volunteer someplace like a VA clinic. Otherwise I wouldn't worry about what you are or aren't doing as long as you are happy. You likely have excess funds to live comfortable, take a trip if you want, retire early.. Very low levels of stress that many people seek for but never can find. Having "things" and "friends" isn't all its cracked up to be... Though if you do have a good friend, a li…

True, but if if you are in a city of 100k people or larger I would expect to be able to find areas that would change less. I grew up in a city of 35k people and witnessed first hand how devastating it can be when he few companies offering real jobs leave. I bought my current rental property in a city of about the same size, same situation, but I had a decent job. My fuckup was buying a "fancy", upscale rental type place. The upkeep was overwhelming, finding tenants was hard, and more often than …

I would like to see some of the long term landlords chime in. I know you can make money and have nice passive income, but at the same time I really ask myself "will you get ahead" if you have the properties long term and need to replace roofs, and other major ticket items.

Its important to remember that most people spend almost 50% of their time awake at work. Suddenly free up that time and you have more time for your hobbies, and other things, which can creep up your expenses.

Eh, 75% of the females I know will spend the money they have on themselves, then think about the pending bills and wonder why they can't cover them. The next 20% will pay their current bills, then spend the rest, without looking at the upcoming weeks bills. Either case they whine like bitches that life is so hard when their car needs a repair or something unexpected pops up.

Early 2018 when I stumbled upon this subreddit. The philosophy has already been bred into me after a decade long of trying to make a shit relationship work. Unfortunately there is a kid involved otherwise I would be long gone.

Jocks in H.S. often stayed thing from all their sports and shit. Then they couldn't cut it for college, so no more sports. Tack on Drinking and there is the freshman 15.. Nowadays with "Everyone is sexy" they don't even worry about the freshman 15. That is how it becomes the freshman 115.

"I guess I just want to know why he couldn't have been better to me, why I was never worth the effort." Some times its shit chance that you get a new job, meet a new person, or some other chance that swings a person for the better.... But more off the biggest impact is removing the negativity from your life, which he did.

Part of this is Child Support / Alimony. Imagine if women didn't get it?? Now a vast majority of women have lost their spending power and since they consume more, spending will do down. Secondly, married men will be less likely to put up their bullshit and buy them fancyX to be complaint because they no longer fear divorce/child support.

Here in the US they complain about massive debt, unable to get loans, all while defaulting on everything. I mean, its the government's fault that public assistance doesn't pay them enough to cover their loans, a car, gambling habits, partying,

Good thing dodging the bullet. Now there are two more ways to improve your life. Don't argue on Facebook.. Don't give into that crap and it is the drama that gets their fluids brewing and has a negative benefit to you. Don't worry about the car. You said you have a job that pays well, and a 2010 corolla is nothing extravagant by any means. Your goal should be to work-to-live {or not work at all!} Many of us wish we dodged the bullet before marriage and/or kid(s)

I was looking for a long range commuter car recently, and an 06 civic seemed to be the sweet spot for cost vs mileage vs common with low miles. Also had the redesigned interior which was a huge step forward. Best of luck to you brother.

multiple DUIs while the kids were in the car with her If he was ever looking for a chance to get full/sole custody, this would be one. I known several cases of this where pussy pass was DENIED!!.. could be judges local to me though.

NOT standing up for a female coworker who was being harassed over the course of the past few weeks months*. I was asked if I knew anything a few weeks prior and I said I didn't. Are they reprimanding you for it to just asking if you knew about it? If a company doesn't follow up on allegations, they put themselves at great legal risk. If she sues them down the line, they have their records that they investigated, asked you and you were not aware of it. They did their part to protect their ass. Yo…

Do they actually make any money from social media / Instagram, or is it just a self-marketing technique for real modeling gigs? Aside from the fact 99% do it for the attention as well.

give a man a choice and he wants nothing to do with a fat disgusting human fart machine If the only option a men has is fatties, Fatties will get fucked. not until men stop fucking them will they change. Upon visiting NYC my ex was much more self conscious about her looks... Why?? Because there are vastly more in shape pretty women vs. out in Cow-ville where 150lbs is skinny so 175 is a "few extra pounds" Also, I know some guys don't like skinny girls, but I have never met a guy that likes the l…

I hear rentals can be bad to because rent is typically counted as income. If it is un-rentend some months, judges don't care and would still add the "income" as if it was rented 100% of the time. Then after that they don't always factor in expenses such as taxes, maintenance, and mortgage.

I've actually only banged white chicks. Mostly demographics. I find Asians very attractive, but throughout my life, I rarely interacted with them. Black women tend to be "thicker" which isn't what I like. Also most I encountered very much have the ghetto attitude which was a turn off. Looking back now , they are more honest than, white woman who turn ghetto after you stop letting them use you.

Interesting.... Where you located? I'm in NE USA and most of these girls are actually quite slim. Not so much "fit" slim though. Just skinny "slim" {or maybe I'm just used to fatties?} But the fatties tend to wear the lower-cut jeans with the rolls hanging out all sides.

Wow! just wow! One of the growing annoyance of my ex is that over the 8 years we were together, as I passed 35, i could not carry on a conversation with her. I'm not super into political "sides", but I often follow on topics like social services, jobs, minimum wage, education, etc and taxes. She will no nothing about anything in current news unless it was on her facebook. Even then, she will only regurgitate what she reads. Never offers her own opinion/thoughts backed by actual thinking. I have …

Lots of slores are trying to pass themselves for the nice conservative girls next door I've noticed a lot of highschool/college girls going back to high waist jeans and 0-cleavage. Very retro. Would you relate it to them trying to pass off as conservatives or because "retro" things are now "cool"

Socializing, hockey, and wings. I go to a local pub. They have pool, darts, great wings, and some TVs. The patrons are generally social to everyone, and are a wide mix of types of people. Its an uplifting place to visit as opposed to drinking at home alone.

It's true you must choose an attainable dream The thing with sports stars, movie stars, rags-to-riches like Eminem, is that for every 1 that does it, there is probably at least 100 that fails. Sure a lot of them probably don't put in the same effort, but I Can guarantee that a bunch do. Sometimes its just shit luck, right place / right time type of deal.

I own a 2-family home, and used to live in half. It was a great setup as tenants were less likely to be loud/damage/push the boundaries with the landlord on-premise. Moved out and 50 miles away for work and hated being a landlord. Hired a management company and it still sucked. Hired a good management company and it was significantly better. If it wasn't a poor "full investment" property, I would keep it.

Could that be due to rate of participation and effort though? Someonce once showed me an article where men in IT make more than women in IT on average. It failed to mention and sort of narrowed demographic. Now taking a field that 15-20 years ago was predominately male, add in modern equality over genders entering IT over the last 5 years, its a given that the average of what males make is still greater than females because it will be another 15 years or so until they are veterans in the field. …

This is what they are missing. When I went to tech college 15 years ago it was 75% men if not more. The last 5 years, I have seen more and more entry - mid level women IT pop up. Give it another 10 years or so so they can work their way up the ranks. My current IT director is female and an awesome one at that.
