I believe the two women that were in a consensual sexual relationship (both admitted in court) were not raped by this man based on the facts of this case. Period.

Or ... Highly successful white male 65+ media mogul sentenced to 20 years in jail for going down on an adult woman he was in a consensual sexual relationship with (1st degree sexual assault charge) and given 3 years for having consensual sex with a different adult woman he was also in a sexual relationship with but she had a couple of drinks on the night she alleges was raped (3rd degree rape in NY). Read up on the facts of this case. You could easily be next if you're on someone's radar.

It's way worse than that. He was found guilty on two charges. 1) Going down on a woman (oral sex) forcibly (1st degree). Even though she admitted to having consensual sex with him right after "the incident" and carrying on a relationship with him for years. This is also why they did not go the intercourse route. And then guilty in the 3rd degree to woman #2. Which means woman #2 was incapable of consenting sex (3rd degree charge) even though she also carried on a relationship with him for years.…
