1	Someone Gets It! Oh I have no issue with women raising their children. My mother was a stay at home mom, I wasn't raised in a daycare, and it was an experience I wish I could give my kids someday. However in a capitalist society, where the sexes are judged by their employable skills/experience equally, taking time off to raise kids is going to put you behind. She only did this after her husband was found guilty of white collar crimes regarding stealing from fireman/policeman pensions and ordered to pay millions of dollars. 4	Male Privilege Men have always carried the burden of society. Soldiers, garbage-men, construction workers. I'd say 90% of the essential duties of society are carried out by men besides child birth obviously and home care. These higher pressure, high stress, and physically exhausting professions have consequences. But then they'll argue that there aren't enough CEO's and that women's pay is lower than men's. 1	CEO of Reddit: Ellen Pao says she "weeds out" candidates who don’t embrace her priority of building a gender-balanced and multiracial team. She has also has removed salary negotiations from the hiring process because studies show "women don’t fare as well as men."
