1	Have Courage to be Authentic It depends on you. How do you want to live? Do you want to live freely or you want to 'act' or hold yourself in a certain way because you are constantly worrying about not mess things up? or what other think of me? Psychology has long known that suppressing emotions tend to backfire. Trp advice not to display emotion is also correct. if you start crying in front of a girl; she may think you are weak.
