It’s a joke guys. She seems funny and fun. Nice smile too. I’d get dinner with her and pay for my own food and drinks.

Yes and no. They lose that bright-eyed, soft-faced, teenage vibe around 22/23. But there are plenty of beautiful, tight-bodied women who take care of themselves and hold up well into their early 30s.

A few years from 40. Divorced. Weekend dad: a teenager and a pre-teen who fucking love me and are amazing. Honestly I’m happier with this setup than if I didn’t have kids. Yeah, like the article says, kids threw a huge wrench into our marriage, but it was doomed anyway. Glad something redemptive came out of it. And yeah. My married friends (those with and without kids) are ridiculously jealous of me.

Fyi, if you’re fairly attractive, established and have decent (DSLR) pics, Hinge is a goldmine right now. I’m just hooking up but the quality vs Tinder and Bumble is night and fucking day. I’m sure it won’t last though.

The US Department of Transportation is already positioning themselves to be able to overrule all other governing bodies, and redefining language to speed adoption of autonomous technology. The fact is that the more use cases we have, the more data we have to prove that autonomous operation is safer than human operation. Because it is. To quote Eddie Vedder, it's evolution baby. https://www.propertycasualty360.com/2018/10/04/new-u-s-rules-on-autonomous-driving-human-truck-dr/ EDIT: watch this: ht…

This. Warehousing and logistics. Forklifts, cranes, loading/unloading. Also, I’m working specifically with construction solutions at the moment and the entire excavation process can be automated. Autonomous excavators, dozers, skid-loaders, compactors and dumps are logging hours as I type this.

Lol I'm actually inclined to agree. It's just a market-driven niche. Play the hand you're dealt. If you're sexy, charismatic, and right-place-right-time yourself into a massive following, more power to you. I know I couldn't do it, so I bust my ass doing other things. Live and let live.

I work closely with automation for a number of industries. Long haul trucking will be the first major industry to lay off the majority of their behind-the-wheel workforce. Expect to see an 80%+ reduction in the workforce in the next ten years. So yeah. Bad career move.

Getting my kids Saturday morning. As a divorced dad, the joy of parenting without their banshee mom hovering and shrieking is no less than sublime. Weekend plans include 1) instrument lessons and practice (followed by our customary silly-songs recording session) 2) taking a go-kart ride through the field across the street to watch the sunset 3) hotdogs over the fire in my back yard 4) watching movies and falling asleep in a gigantic pillow fort 5) sleeping in instead of going to her psycho funda…

Mine did too. She’s my kids’ mom so we have to communicate but she’s demonstrated that every time I respond to a friendly text, it eventually escalates into an argument and verbal abuse on her end. So if it isn’t a purely practical and regarding our kids, I ignore it entirely. It’s made life so much simpler.

This. We were together 10 years. Two kids. What she put me through when she left me (similar to you, said she needed out and didn’t want to be my wife anymore) erased all my feelings, though it took two full years. Maybe it’ll only take OP one? And once she realized how I was going to coparent, with bullet points, boundaries, absolutes, and zero sentimentality, she fell into lock-step (mostly). It’s not perfect, but it’s working. And aside from the fact that she’s my kids’ mom, she could fall ov…

Even when it all seems perfect... I met my ex wife when she was 14 (I was 15) and we had a storybook young romance, and a happy young marriage for the first five years. We waited to have sex too. Maybe there are different forms of Christianity out there but the guilt and shame that often accompanies “saving yourself for marriage” is a real mindfuck. In hindsight, things would have likely still gone to shit but I wish she and I had both had some relationships under our belts. I mean sure, I locke…

You’re likely clinically depressed, so you’re right about the therapist. You can also start by taking walks. Set up a simple reward system where you can’t look at porn until you’ve taken a 10 minute walk.

Like anything else, it is what you make it. I’m upfront about not paying for food and drinks. If they’re still down then I usually have a positive experience, three or four dates, decent sex, someone to text funny shit to for a couple weeks, and then I move on. Sometimes I’ll go months without any prospects, sometimes I’ll be juggling three at a time. Hey! Fellow aspie and ex of a likely BPD woman. We were married a decade before she finally flipped shit enough to kick me out. Interestingly SHE was the one to call my possible spectrum-dwelling to my attention. No matter. I’m quite thrilled with my lot in life. "Master" is a bit of a stretch. Honestly I just use Tinder. I'm reasonably attractive and look younger so that helps. Plus I have good photos. Attractive women in their early/mid 20's have been banging and getting burned by vapid Chads for long enough that even without the promise of a relationship, some mature charm and thoughtful conversation from a guy in his 30s gives them a grand, sweeping sense of value.

Figure out how to put $300/mo aside for a decent escort? It's wayyyyyyyyy cheaper than dating and it'll tick that biological box for you so you can calm the fuck down and focus on more important shit.

Haha this. I didn't get to experience women in my 20s because I got locked down early. Now divorced, mid-30s, and successful, women 15 years younger are even more into me.

This happened to me, only a few months into marriage. She wanted a baby, she knew I would say no, she pulled the keeper anyway. I was the only one working and it basically guaranteed that she wouldn't have to go find a job. Also she insisted on homeschooling. Shocker. The interesting twist is that, while the betrayal (unbeknownst to beta-me at the time) slowly eroded our sex life (a decade later, "you never want to have sex with me" was her chief reason for kicking me out of our marriage), becom…

I went apeshit on Tinder after getting out of a 13-year marriage. I also put my emotions through the ringer, lost many nights of important sleep and poured $1,000s down the drain for typically very mediocre sex with very mediocre women. Fast forward 3 years and I'm still on Tinder but the pressure is off. I only talk to girls who are genuinely intellectually engaging (they're rare but they're out there), they pay for their own damn food and drinks and I get reasonably better sex, albeit less fre…

I wager those are all things dudes should strive for anyway, except pay for dates of course. Even being "dad material" (ambiguous as that term is) is a positive attribute that will contribute to your professional and personal success and thus, bring a higher quality of life. Of course I am a dad and being a great dad is remarkably fulfilling. Also, I realize you can't help the hair/beard the gods gave you.

My ex- wife did the equivalent. Stopped her BC because she wanted a baby (after 2 months together...) and knew I would object. I spent the next decade trying to keep it all together and she ended up being the one to end the marriage. Weird bonus is that I fucking adore and get to see my kid all the time and I don't have to deal with her bullshit anymore.

Sure did Sparky! I bought into a lie our problems were all my own doing. I was the one at fault, I should pony up while I work on fixing myself so I'll be good enough for her. You're probably not shocked that when I suggested we finally go to counselling to try to piece things back together, she refused and suggested we keep up the arrangement going for another couple years.

The lie I bought was a combo of the media-perpetrated there's-one-true-love-out-there tale and the evangelical Christ/church, bridegroom/bride dynamic. So, doubly effective in keeping me neutered! Not only did I throw every piece of myself into my marriage but I believed I was mandated to continue to do it, no matter her behavior. So even after she went apeshit and kicked me out, I paid her bills and did her bidding FOR TWO YEARS! In hindsight, so strong was my cultural delusion, I needed the tr…

The joke may be on us... I personally know a girl who makes decent money on Instagram through sponsored posts. What's scarier is, for every 20-something girl pausing her life to set up a shot, there are ten teenage girls for whom shooting and posting to IG are akin to breathing, and they have 10x the followers. Though market saturation will kick in soon enough, and all their crop-top group mirror selfies will disappear in a sea of midriff-baring white noise.

Major metro area. All I know is I used to bang someone new at least every month, sometimes more. But about mid-2017, things got way more difficult. I haven't changed anything. It used to be. After I split with my wife (who was the only girl I'd ever had sex with) I went a bit nuts on Tinder for two years or so. 2015 - 2017. I did extremely well. But I think that as more dudes flocked to the app, more ladies ran for the hills, which pushed the guys to get more desperate and the girls to get more picky. I'm gonna say it's only easy now if you're a solid 9 or above. I am not a solid 9 or above. The Chads swoop in, swipe the girl you've been chatting up, smash, dash, and …

I always thought that too. Well it was more a moral stance since I used to be captain Christian. But her husband really is chill as fuck, and by all indications completely trusts her. He's also an actor and I've seen him make out with, bury his face in the cleavage of, and simulate sex with a woman on stage, both in their underwear. I guess trust goes both ways? Meh.

Two kids here. I'm close to that number. Honestly I don't mind. It's probably less cumulatively than I would spend on them if they lived with me, and god knows their mom can't put it to efficient use. I've been doing it for a while since we split. I live spartan as fuck and still make it out for beers and boat-days regularly. It's weirdly satisfying clicking that button, watching thousand$ evaporate from your bank account and knowing the effect it will have long-term. I don't think women are capable of that discipline or able to feel the same satisfaction. To me, a few grand from a job well done means a big-ass dent in my debt and another step toward freedom. It was about 30% of my takehome pay. My lawyer busted his ass to get it as low as possible but she never worked during our 13 year marriage so she got a lot of sympathy. He also did a great job keeping the length of my obligation as low as possible. Of course I had to pay a shit-ton in legal fees... and she got a free lawyer. Because vagina. That's in addition to child support too which I'll be paying until my kids inevitably come live with me, because they certainly will. Their mom is nuts.

This. A king by mgtow standards is the ruler of his own life and affairs. He needs nobody and asks for nothing. The respect and honor he earns is a consequence of his success and independence. Women on the other hand demand to be called queens because they have vaginas. They demand privileges and considerations over men. I feel similarly. She was pretty helpless in most every practical sense so I really took care of her. There's something very elementally male about being a provider. To a point of course. I was unable to recognize how much I was actually enabling her.

I went out with a 200 lb girl once, out of sheer curiosity. She was 5'11 (I'm 5'10) and had a RIDICULOUSLY thick booty. Think Kardashian plus about 25%, proportionately. Tiny little waist too. Apparently she was all about Orange Theory. She also had a huge (albeit fake) pair of tits. Honestly... it was pretty hot. We didn't fuck but we did everything else. Still not my type. Yep, we met as teenagers and married at 21. Kind of hard to peg what the future's going to hold at that age. I guess my beef is with the system. BUT she sent a text earlier about standing outside my door, waiting so we could talk it out. I told her if she did that, I would call the police and turn over her 300+ texts from a 24 hour period. So yeah. Bye Felicia.

Makes sense. And yeah after thinking on it most of the day, I'm definitely done with her. Though I was thinking a spring trip and a place to stay in her sunny tropical nation would be quite nice.

Oh god I have too. This is the first time I've tried this; I only just read it on TRP. And it was not easy... because I'm in my mid-30s and this has been BY FAR the best sex I've ever had. Like, I had no idea sex could be so good.

The one with the huge tits is cute as hell. I'd happily pretend I loved her shitty movie and fuck her brains out for a few days. Jussayin.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
