Q4All: What are men responsible for that women aren't?I think the point you’re trying to make here is that there hasn’t been a draft for two generations (and therefore there isn’t any pressure on men or that men don’t deserve to feel any pressure?) If that’s the case, let me remind you that this year, the POTUS resurrected a 200 year old law, the insurrection act of 1807, which gives the president the authority to deploy servicemen to quell civil unrest. Who anticipated that one? Things change. Powers that /can/ be exercised /will/ be exercised. La… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/09/20 05:17 PM
Q4All: What are men responsible for that women aren't?Review the link I shared if you’re curious about the finer details of selective service but to reiterate my point about pressure, there is compulsory military service for men in the United States. Women are exempt from mandatory enrollment. It is fair and honest to say that “men experience pressure to join the military”. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/09/20 04:59 PM
Q4All: What are men responsible for that women aren't?In the US at least, it’s an “expectation” in the sense that men are legally obligated to enroll in the military. https://www.usa.gov/selective-service As an 18 year old male, I remember being really upset when I got my selective service notification in the mail. I think I’ve probably aged out of eligibility but I’m still very worried about the future for my younger brothers. There are plenty of pressures exerted by society on females but in the US, compulsory military service just isn’t one of t… | /r/PurplePillDebate | 10/09/20 04:26 PM
Young man is sexually assaulted during his first sexual experience with a woman. The comments will make you rage. This is what male sexual assault looks like. The highest voted comments are mocking him and making rape jokes at his expense. There are some sensible people posting but it’s infuriating seeing a young man mocked for getting sexually assaulted. | /r/MensRights | 07/01/19 01:34 AM
Can you believe this sh*t? Girl scouts already banned boys then forced boy scouts to accept girls...now theyre doing THIS!I don’t share that view and I’m sorry you feel that way. I suspect someone in your life has really let you down. I hope you can move past this some day. Truth always lies somewhere in the middle. | /r/MensRights | 08/11/18 09:52 PM
Can you believe this sh*t? Girl scouts already banned boys then forced boy scouts to accept girls...now theyre doing THIS!Because that makes you no different than, “them”. Hate begets more hate and only when you recognize that truth lies somewhere within compromise will there ever be peace. | /r/MensRights | 08/11/18 09:25 PM
Can you believe this sh*t? Girl scouts already banned boys then forced boy scouts to accept girls...now theyre doing THIS!I think it’s important to specify “they” in this context is not just women but really anyone that you secede power to. It’s part of the human social condition and I think it’s worth pointing out that both women and men are equally capable of seeking and abusing power over one another. | /r/MensRights | 07/11/18 10:59 PM

In a restaurant in southern Oregon...Thanks OP. Not sure why I’m being downvoted here other than that I’m not dog piling on the women hate train. Please don’t let this sub become a pendulum swing. It’s no different than the tumblr/twitter male hate train. Be better than that. | /r/MensRights | 18/03/18 07:37 PM
| -6 | In a restaurant in southern Oregon...Do you think this is more sexist or utilitarian? Women do generally take a lot longer in the restroom for physiological reasons. Maybe the management is used to longer lines waiting for the women’s restroom and this was there attempt at a solution? If they are single stalls though, maybe a more reasonable approach would be for both restrooms to be unisex? | /r/MensRights | 17/03/18 08:32 PM |
