The first example makes no sense because nobody except you and the troll post you paraphrased ever said or thought anything even remotely similar. The second example is a misinterpretation. As already explained, the "divorce rape" is "rape" in the financial sense. Since the laws surrounding divorce favor women, men are the ones who usually get exploited through divorce.
