Losing weight isn't so hard as everyone thinks. I have lost 20kg(45lbs) once in my life(6 years ago). And I have lost 10kg more a couple times because my eating got out of hand at some points. The trick for me wasn't watching what I eat, it was having things going on for me that were more important than eating. I started biking to school and going to the gym, so I had good exercise daily, I also started smoking what kept my hunger away, and the rest of the time I was just playing videogames or a…

For the starters, get a new hairstyle. Your hairstyle doesn't go with your face shape at all. I found some video on it that you could check out: https://youtu.be/_uqe3cvNPYk Then start working out, and once you start to look healthier and more muscular, get fitting clothes and remember to keep good posture, these two will go a long way.

Girls don't like to make the first move(there are exceptions but if you refuse nicely/avoid it, she will stop it), so just be passive. You can talk to her about anything pretty much but if you are not showing interest, there isn't going to happen anything between you two. If she's attracted to you, she will want to hang around you anyway(otherwise you just need to be good friend and talk about things that she's interested) but if you never make the move you eventually fall into the friendzone.

Anyone know what that's called? I would like to read more about it.

"No More Mr. Nice Guy" had more impact for me than Models, you could check that out. Invest in yourself, learn why you care about others opinions. Investing in yourself is the best cure for this. I could read between the lines, that you think if you were good with women, and you found someone, you think that would make you happy but that's not the case. You need to be happy being alone before you can be happy with anyone else. I'm sure about that, if I dropped all my hobbies and everything I do …

If you take too long, you will become scared of heartbreak and probably give it up for years (happened to me, I was afraid of getting hurt so badly it got me 3 years until I started wanting to 'open up' for the possibility again). But if you get back to "the game" too soon, you will just find other people replacing your ex. For me, it's when I don't compare other people to my ex anymore, then you are pretty well over her but that might take a long time if you are not "working on it" and just let…

That sounds very needy for some reason but I still like it and it might work very well as it's positive/cheering mindset that many girls find attractive. Depending on the girl of course, but that should "scare off" any girls that are playing games with you but you don't want those girls anyway. Yeah, overthinking a simple text, I thought I was over this.

I definetly recommend finishing it. It's pretty short book, and gave me very good insights about my own behaviour, even tho I'm not nice guy as the book describes it, but I still used to value myself based on others opinions of me.

Just take the rejection, be nice and move on. Being comfortable(and self-confident) about being rejected might make you look good for some girls, but you can't change anyones opinion of you with your words, there's no "magical" things to say to change that. Just go for the next girl and see if she is attracted to you.

You are lying to yourself. If you can't ask others out, that means you care more about her opinion of you than taking the risk (which means you still care what other think of you), and if you think "I'm a little bitch" you have no self-coinfidence, or self-respect and you don't think you are "worthy". In my opinion, you should give up this sub for a while. Don't focus on what others are accomplishing here, and pick up couple of books. I would recommend No More Mr. Nice Guy, that should help you …

Better way to approach this is thinking why you think you need to act in different way than 100% naturally, for example if you think you are not good enough as yourself and are scared that people would abandon you if you were just yourself. It's very hard to explain in English(not my native language), but I recommend reading No More Mr. Nice Guy. After reading that I started to notice those traits in myself, and there was couple questions that opened my mind about my own behaviour in certain sit…

I don't know if this is the case for you, but I was like that too but it was because I was keeping up my "reputation" or "imago". It was exhausting being around people for long times because I felt I had to act accordingly. Like in one group I would be the "cool guy" or "smart guy", but after I learned to care less about others opinions of me, the feeling has almost disappeared. I can make stupid jokes even if I'm considered smart, or I can say no to stupid shit even if I'm the cool guy of the g…

Started working out and I went for dermatologist, got medication(pretty much the strongest one available, Isotretinoin Actavis), went trough 8 months with it(it was pretty annoying, your face and especially lips are always dry and muscle pain is worse after working out) and it cost me around 600€. Even after that you still need to buy skin-care products and so on, but I definitely think it was worth it as my skin has never looked this good. But that wasn't "from zero to hero" thing, I had hell o…

Noob question but what kind of hobbies are "social"? I can't think of any, and I would like to get one. I actively work out at gym and run but those are really unsocial, especially because I always use headphones.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
