Don't be ashamed, it is what it is and you have enjoyment to show for the good ones, and lessons learned from the bad ones. My number is close to 50 and I don't care who knows it.

And you can recharge the batteries these days Heh, they make them that plug into the wall! I love my Hitachi Magic Wand. Regular reliable orgasms that *you give yourself* are good for mental health and self esteem!

it's also pick up artist THIS. That was my first thought, that's one of those things from The Game or some shit. Or some kind of "Christian Grey" maneuver. Ew.

My dad and brother are engineers, as a group I think engineers are often HV if you can accept a little nerdy. Maybe I am just predisposed to like them because my dad and brother are HV LOL!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this good old fashioned advice for how to be feminine and charming, and give a guy a chance to shine and be charming/debonair too. You are right, a HVM will notice and like these openings when given. It's a way to speak volumes about your value and your standards, without coming out and saying such and so. If he's the right kind of man, he will enjoy/appreciate it and the mutual appreciation can build from there. I could also actually see doing some of these kinds of things in a m…

Good for you! I had a similar experience. I thought there was so much wrong with me, but it was almost all due to living with people who brought that out in me.

Very true! Age is just a number in a lot of ways. I mentioned upthread that I had boyfriends in their 20s when I was in my 30s, and others in their 30s when I was in my 40s. I am a confident sexy woman around men when I'm of a mind to be, and apparently my age has not been a factor to many of them. I look younger than my age, but not that much younger. I guess I'm young at heart. Frankly it depends what I'm in the market for -- younger men versus older men have different things to offer. Usually…

Interesting formula. I've dated guys younger and older, sometimes it's exceeded the formula. I was 16 dating a guy 19 for example. The most older than me that a guy has been was I believe 8 years, I was 36 and he was 44, I think a wider age gap is ok if both parties are a more mature age. Heh.. I was an old creeper at 30 dating a 21 year old guy for a year or so, and a real cougar at 45 with a guy aged 33! I had strong chemistry with all 3 of those guys, though most of my loves have been closer …

lots of people have this read at their weddings, which if they take it seriously, is a wonderful thing. Such beautiful and inspired words by Kahil Gibran! That whole book is full of nuggets like this, and everyone should own and read it.

Interesting, and it may make the boy quit but it does so by using the fact that hedoesn't like the girl, which seems kind of wrong too...
