I agree with most of your points, but I think it's a lot more balanced than the author makes it out to be. At least in the TV that I've watched, there are just as many under-intelligent women as there are men. The dumb blonde stereotype was popular for a long time, and now it's more focused on air-headed teenage girls. But lets be honest. It's because of the kind of TV that gets views. Stupid is funny.
