i know she has found someone else she found someone else 4 days after i broke up with her, its a lost cause for sure, I'm learning and what you guys have said has helped a lot thanks again i fucked up i gotta learn and move to the next hopefully i won't be caught up one just one girl again LTR are a bad time especially when you don't have any back ups

tbh i thought it was an alpha move to break it off and let her come crawling back, now i realize that was the worst thing i could have done,I'm new to all this, i recognize my mistake… i couldn't say anything really in the moment he kept pushing me and then starting swinging i didn't have time to say much, i just kept dodging punches and trying to get him away from me turned into almost a wrestling match lol, but thanks for the feedback you helped

i ended up having sex with cocaine guys ex, after he tried to fight me, which ruined my back up plan that i had when i broke up with her, but i realize what your saying i shouldn't have broke up with her unless i had something better and ready to go, i want to fuck her one last time but i don't know how I'm going to do that, i read those links they are great thanks man

the truth i had a back up, this back up wanted to break up with her boyfriend for me..but then i had sex with that cocaine kids ex girlfriend the night after he tried to fight with me, and i also had sex with a girl that night before any of this happened, then the back up found out and got hurt and decided she would stay with her boyfriend, i realize i acted like an idoit, and a women, girls make you act stupid and i gotta learn to be alpha and handle these situations differently i know you comp…

tbh i thought i had a plan and i thought she would come back wanting more or something, was an impulse decision and i regret it, i don't think he beat the shit out of me bc i chose to not fight back.. and no they did not talk before i ended things… I'm trying to get over it and am doing well i just want to learn from this i know i fucked up i want to know how i should have done differently….

just got out of a relationship, broke up with her, ended up trying to get her back, she started dating one of my "friends" 4 days after, i could tell she liked me more than i liked her, i know it was my fault breaking up with her and giving her no attention clearly she was going to do something like that, i just always end up in this situation when i feel like i lost in the end… was it because i truly cared more than her? or the way i dealt with it? also another question… i ended up getting mad …
