A guy that used my lawyer warned me really early on that when he went to him he was looking for a plea deal the whole time and told me he'll try and get one for me and sure enough that's what happened. Even though I told him I don't want to plea to anything. I was just so terrified of trial and just the possibility that I felt really pressured into taking it

It's said and done now and there literally isn't a day I don't think about not just the night in question but every day after it. It's such torture to be in this situation and literally feel helpless
