I see your point, and I guess it is kind of like that, but men can be horrible too sometimes. Also for me it was much harder to find a boyfriend than it was a girlfriend as most guys are into hookups (evident through STI rates in gay men). My boyfriend left me after 3 months for someone else behind my back, just after my grandad died, the one time I needed him. Needing anyone else in your life is a trap regardless of gender

I understand the emphasis on female privilege to be honest, it’s not fair. For LGBT+ community to be pushing for everything to be equal, it’s ironic they miss out one fucking massive problem. All the laws benefit women and women only

If you’re looking for a quick Demi-glacé imitation, Adam Ragusea has a great video on it using shop-bought stock instead of homemade. I tried it myself, the mouth feel of Demi-glacé wasn’t there as much, but the flavour was almost spot on. Worth a try if you’re in a rush. Enjoy ur weekend too :)
