This is truly laughable, and will backfire hard on women when they wonder why men don't want to take them out on a date or buy them dinner. Here is a great argument against it. A girl you don't even know exists can claim you raped her. If "presuming guilty until PROVEN innocent" then how can you PROVE your innocence?
