I also agree with XNonameX. What you can do is keep records of all the things she has done to violate the custody agreement and file a contempt action in court. The court will order the noncomplying parent to follow the court orders. My ex wife violated our custody agreement, I got in touch with my attorney and he made contact with hers and explain what was going to happen if she continued violating it. We haven’t had any issues since.

It doesn’t seem fair but having to show a negative Covid test shouldn’t be that hard. There’s even rapid testing, takes less than an hour to get your results.

When I was going through my divorce, I had a situation like this happened once. She told the cops that I pushed her and they were getting ready to put me in handcuffs when I told them that she also pushed me, they were going to have to arrest her as well. I was thinking to myself, if I’m going she going with me lol. She ended up leaving and a few mins later mad as hell.

You’re still young man!! Go out and find something you’ll love to do. It takes time to adjust but once the heartache passes you will be happy again!

My ex wife did the exact same thing through out our divorce I hated it. In the end it still happened, a couple of months later she begged me to come back but the damage was done. I couldn’t forgive her and I moved on. I try to keep it civil with her but she doesn’t like the fact that I have a wife so she communicates through her grandmother to avoid contact with me. It’s hard to discuss things for our three kids so it’s good to stay friends, makes it a lot easier.

My ex-wife said if I didn’t come home after our divorce that she would cut her wrist. I called the sheriffs department and had them check up on her at her house. Found out that she was at the guys house in Texas (we live in Florida) while she was saying all this. The deputy had to verify that she was physically safe, she lied about where she was twice. She was supposedly at work than changed it to at her moms house in Alabama then came clean when the deputy told her that he was calling the law e…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
