If you want to fight it lawyer up, The only way to make change is to challenge the system and set precedents. Start using incognito mode in browsers, and use condoms with future partners.

Ultimately it comes down to whether you value one outcome more than the other, by consenting to sex if the other person does indeed say that it is a deal breaker for a relationship is essentially just saying I value being in a relationship with this person more than I am unwilling to have sex. Certainly calling the cops is not a valid ultimatum unless it is exchange for a transgression on the others part that would legitimately require calling the cops but that is generally considered tantamount…

I would argue that an ultimatum in and of itself would not affect consent, particularly if the ultimatum is that this is a relationship breaker for me.
