Yes, I do. Crazy people do not belong in society, just like criminals. Not like we have mental health facilities in this country anyway.

Isn't that all the more reason to put her in jail?

Every girlfriend I've had tells me that I'm more comfortable talking about her flow than her girlfriends. It's a normal thing, and a good sign.

No, I left a year ago and she won't let me see the kids so I did something stupid. I've tried to divorce her twice and she keeps delaying. I've spent over 10k so far.

Wow, this woman has been abusing me for years, yelling at me all day. Showing up at friend houses trying to catch me cheating. She steals my phone and text's friends and family pretending to be me. I've tried talking to her and she won't. It's funny how you say normal people talk yet you didn't ask me one thing just jumped straight to judging me.

Those aren't consequences. That is just stupid. I don't mind being held accountable but what does that have to do with my children?

Going through this now. I didn't even touch her, just poured a soda on her head. It's now 35 days with no contact with my children. Nobody has even asked me one question through 2 hearings. What is worse is that the state dropped the criminal charge but she used the exact same incident to start a civil case.

I worked on a road crew years back and we had plenty of women in trades. The company encouraged it and would take women over more qualified men all the time because it made them look better when they applied for govt contracts.

Assad is a perfect example of this. From what I read years ago, he was a very moderate guy but after his brother died his mom got into his head and shamed him into being more like his dad and brother. Now we have another violent dictator. I don't know how true this is but it is certainly believable.

I feel for you man. I called the police because my wife was running around the house with a knife threatening to kill herself, in front of the kids. They refused to do anything and lied to me about the requirements to baker act someone. Then, a few weeks later I poured a soda on her head and I spent two days in jail. The system is a joke.

This is a classic example of someone who doesn't know the law so instead they just insert what they think is "fair". I'm going through a divorce now because my wife said similar things and never contributed anything to our marriage. I don't think it is fair that she gets half my stuff when she didn't contribute anything, but that is the law. Learn from your mistake and move on.

But you just claim it. You show no proof and you admit to knowing little to nothing about the field. We will never be able to discuss this because you are operating on assumptions instead of facts. Also, that is only one step of the method. Hence my question.

Race does not have to mean you are from a particular place. That is just one of the definitions. FDR constantly spoke of an "American race". He purposely used race in this way to, Imo, remove the stigma. He was a really bright guy.

It sounds to me like you don't want to. I'm not trying to be mean here but it seems like you have a lot of strong opinions based on emotion rather than facts. The line about voting for Republicans is in no way a rip on repubs. It is just an example using an old and popular saying to reinforce my point. If you take a step back and look at the field for what it claims to be instead of inserting your own version that may help. You about yourself that you barely read one book and didn't understand i…

One of the first things my prof did was show us this experiment where all but one of the subjects was a plant. Basically they showed a color on a screen and asked each person to say what they saw. Everyone was in the same room and asked one by one in front if the other. It was so interesting to watch the subject struggle to answer when the color was clearly green but all the other subjects said it was blue. Eventually most people cave to the consensus and agree with the group even though they kn…

That is interesting to me because I think sociology is the only social science to actually use the scientific method. I was always very intrigued to see how differently people behave in a group. Perhaps you had a bad teacher?

I agree. That's what she says but not what she does. Hence the problem.

That's great to hear. I loved my wife more than anyone else so far. Sometimes people grow apart if you don't pay attention and maintain the relationship. She got so into the kids that I was invisible.

It wouldn't be so bad if she applied that attention to detail to our relationship.

It's funny that women are known as the good communicators because, Imo, most of them talk more but say less. Very little useful information is transferred when they speak though the volume is higher. I can say more to a guy friend in a few words then if my wife talked for an hour. I don't mean to generalize, this is just my experience.

I actually said I never would, not that I don't believe in monogamy. She asked me several times and I said no.

Right, but she wants me to hit her so she can call the cops. I'm not that dumb.

I've been dealing with this for years with my wife, soon to be ex. She thinks that women can do no wrong. She has hit me many times and the physical pain is nothing compared to the emotional and psycholgical pain. The mental gymnastics people do are incredible to me. Whenever I try to talk to her about it she just tells me I'm a "pussy" or I need to "man up". This is simply disgusting.

Even when they graduate they aren't technically engineers. A degree in a stem field does not make you an engineer. Neither does a masters or even a phd. Engineer is a term protected by the government and requires most of the previously mentioned education plus 4-6 years of per reviewed papers and applying with the state/country. I'm a software developer. Note the lack of engineer in the title. Though I have held several positions where my title does include engineer. I choose not to use that ter…

I've tried this with my soon to be ex wife. It doesn't work, nobody believes you.

wow, you are making a lot of assumptions. I flew to Colorado and told my wife to sell the second car so yes I expect you to believe that. I have a lot of stuff and wasn't going to take it all on the plane. It is quite standard to be allowed to go to your home and get your stuff, even under a restraining order. The police are there to protect both of us. I have requested the audio transcript from the court and plan on releasing it once the case is over as I couldn't believe that the judge did tha…

I have tons of video of her acting completely irrational and screaming insults. It's sad how anyone can accuse you of anything without proof and get away with it. Meanwhile I'm sitting here on mountains of evidence and nobody will even look at it.

I wish I could say they sided with me. They were simply telling me what the law is. Thanks for your support, it is extremely difficult to deal with this. I have given her everything she ever asked for and all I ever got was accusations of cheating. I will never trust another person.

She also would steal my phone and send texts to friends and family pretending to be me.
