That's a philosophical view. Question is, can you force yourself to believe something that you can't. Leaving a note could and could not be enough evidence for the claim. At the end of the day, they are correct in saying it is not black and white. Sympathy BECAUSE it's a women is wrong, yes. Okay, that's not exactly relevant to what I said. My point wasn't about a note. It was that people have mental conditions that make them do things they otherwise wouldn't had they not suffered from a mental disease/ailment.

Idk man, if (hopefully this doesn't happen) you get a tumour in your brain and it presses against your amygdala you will have uncontrollable rage, even though you consciously do not want it to happen. This tumour will make you do things you would not want to do had it not been there. This has happened, I forgot the case but a guy killed his wife and mother during a rage.
