Because porn is basically free and most OnlyFans aren't. Yeah, I understand that porn does actaully cost money to make, and you can pay for it, but it's so easy to access it for free. And most of the larger porn studios are big enough to deal with the constant leaking/pirating of their content, or at least it seems that way. OnlyFans models are usually one person and can't take on that loss associated with their conten being pirated or leaked. Most men born during or after the 90s or something l…

Think about it, when's the last time you heard an immature woman being called a "womanbaby"? "Babygirl" is an example, but it's not negative bc men decided a long time ago that immature women were attractive. Also, how often do you see men who want a traditional housewife who cooks and cleans for him being told that they want "a mommy they can bang" rather than a wife? Well yeah, if that's so important to you that you make it a top 5 non-negotiable, then yeah, you probably want a mom you can ban…

Are women sex machines or humans? Humans. Do you believe female sexual choice is also based on morality? Kind of..? I'm confused on how this question is framed. Of course, there are moral considerations that may affect who you decide to sleep with, but it just depends. Most people don't want to sleep with child sexual abusers. Less, but still a significant amount of people would be ok with sleeping with an ex-con. The idea is that if women are not choosing a man, he has something wrong with him,…

What is so hard to understand that women receive the benefits of dating *single women while proving nothing meanwhile as a guy you actually have to be above avreage in order to date *single men These distinctions matter because you have to be above average amongst single men. Which is essentially bare minimum. Men in relationships still have issues with emotional intelligence, dressing attractively/appropriately, grooming themselves properly, etc and they were still chosen by women! Which means …

The byproduct of this shift is a world where women have access to far fewer men than before, as men will either date more passively, no longer driven by the fear of being single, or opt out of dating entirely I still don't understand why this shift matters to a man who has a healthy relationship with dating. Whether or not women have access to 10 or 100 men, this man is already in a position to date successfully because of all of the positive changes he has made to his life. The issue isn’t abou…

So, what’s the alternative? I believe men should consider embracing single life—not as a temporary phase but as a legitimate and fulfilling option. Permanent singledom allows men to focus on personal growth, career aspirations, hobbies, and friendships without tying their self-worth to dating or relationships. We don’t need women as much as we’ve been conditioned to believe, and it’s time we started finding fulfilment independently of them. This is essentially the MGTOW movement, which predates …

All good, and we were able to resolve the issue. I agree with most of what you said. There's actual instances of people experiencing negative things, but then there are those who wish to piggyback off of the existence of those very rare instances to validate whatever world view they have. It seems like there's significant comfort in living in a world that lacks nuance, because it offers easy explanations for things or alleviates individuals of their agency to be better in this world. The sentime…

Unfortunately, the only thing this ever got me with women is some sort of 'gay friend' status That's a you problem. If you're presenting as gay to women, that says more about you than it does about them because the common factor between all of those experiences is you. If multiple women classify you gay, and you're not, you're doing something wrong. Because this is exactly what it is. I saw what kind of men desireable women have. No clue what this means This at best will get you a fat cow. That'…

Almost everything you said is true except for this last part: the reddit stories about guys in dead bedrooms because their girlfriend was a victim of sexual assault are mostly fabricated or based on lies or partial lies. My fiance is a victim of SA, and we went to therapy for it. Without going into much detail, it was explained to us that we definitely had difficulty in our sex life because of her past experience. Maybe it's not common, but it does happen irl. Which is partially why I replied, b…

The women who are actually desired are not that common, combined with the features you mentioned (somewhat intelligent, low body count, loyal woman) This was almost every woman I interacted with at my small, 8k population, private college. Most of them didn't have large social circles, didn't really go out to parties/hang outs, and mostly focused on schoolwork. Unless you're implying that most freshmen women come into college with at least one body, then no, it's not rare. You have to understand…

This myth about HVM being omnipresent and swooping in to steal the woman you desire has to stop. A HVM has to have so many boxes checked off that he's essentially doesn't exist in most places. You would need to have money, be athletic, mentally/emotionally resilient, ambitious, handsome, and sociable to have the ability to insert yourself into any social circle and just steal all, if not, one woman. If you're not maxing out on all of these stats, then the woman would just leave, as well see them…

I kinda understand this one a bit. I never seem to get any attention when I got to clubs/bars with my friends. I get hit on in random places like Starbucks or the Vans store at the mall. Obviously, I'm not going there to meet women, but they chat me up and try to get my number. I even try my best not to make significant eye contact 😅

I guess we just have different personal experiences. I went to a small STEM private college and then completed my masters at v large public university. I wanna say more than half of all the people I knew well enough to know about their relationships are either engaged, married, or still together.

Big facts right here. Guy is unhappy bc he can't fuck. Girl is unhappy because she feels guilty. It's possible to work through this w/ therapy and/or years of slowly breaking down the trauma boundaries, but not everyone got that kind of time or enough love for the other perosn to sustain that kind of relationship.

My parents (hs sweethearts, masters), my uncle and aunt (college, bachelors), my godparents (college, masters), my grandparents (immigrants, no clue, but they were young), all 20+ yrs, still going strong, only exception is my grandparents, but they never officially divorced nor found other partners. All college educated (except for my grandparents), and then there's me and my fiance (college, masters) 10 years strong. It's a combination of educational attainment as well as family culture.

A lot of TRP men don't realize that going to college significantly increases your chances of finding a somewhat intelligent, low body count, loyal woman. Almost all of my friends, my parents and their friends, and I all have long-term (10+ years) successful relationships, and we all met our partners in college. As terrible as the methodology is for divorce studies, the rates for divorce go down for people with higher education degrees.

I don't care about them being ran thru. Good on you I have a well paying job and stuff Hopefully "and stuff" means emotionally intelligent, emotionally resilient, somewhat ambitious, somewhat athletic, financially responsible, good looking, etc. Theoretically, we're talking about a highly desirable woman who has a lot of options. 30 year old female friend with (probably) a high body count said a 30 year old virgin guy is an ick Well, yeah, why has no one had sex with you? Like, a 30yr man without a single body is definitely a red flag. From the women's perspective: "If none of the women you've met in your life found you interesting/attractive/rich/funny/safe enough to have sex with you, then why should I?" Most single women 25+ are at approx 1-3+ guys a year. So a 30 year old woman is at least in the double digits. I can…

Yeah, you're describing things that men like to do, but you want that in a woman. It's going to be rare af, and even if do find a woman like that, she's probably gonna be ran through (if you care about that stuff) or cheat on you (because there are definitely better men than you that want those same qualities in a woman). Just date a guy or a transwoman if that matters so much to you.

If a woman watches lesbian porn I've talked to many women who call themselves straight and watch lesbian porn bc it's much more focused on a woman's pleasure than a man's. Straight porn is almost always for men, from that camera angles, the sex position, the dirty talk, etc, everything is very much male gaze-ified. Some of them could be bi, but this explanation just makes so much more sense.

Everyone I know in a relationship that has lasted at least a few years usually has the woman call the shots on most issues. You're friends with a bunch of ineffective, incompetent men. If these relationships aren't at least 50/50, the women in these relationships seem like they are taking these leadership roles, not necessarily because they want to, because they have to. If one club gives women free entry and is successful, then other clubs would also do the same thing to attract the women. They already do, and the success is predicated on how many men they bring in because they pay for drinks. The women would then be able to club or bar hop, since they have lots of options to choose from. Most places don't let you in if you've been drinking. It's a very common policy. The benefit for men would dissipate, since the club with the gathering of women would change. …

No disrespect, you might be one of those people who need the experience of being a parent or caregiver in order to understand what truly goes into parenthood because it does not make perfect sense. Loyalty, proper communication, and time/room for me to grow. That last one is super important because a lot of people think that they're looking for their perfect puzzle piece, which is a lie that has been sold to you. Relationships work when you tailor your personal growth to the person you want to be with, shedding your negative traits and understanding each other on a deeper level. Good, long-lasting relationships/marriages don't just fall into your lap, you have to work for it.

I'm speaking generally here There's levels to it: Poor women: low-income neighborhood, paycheck-to-paycheck, behind on bills, all kinds of debt, etc. Ambition or no ambition, there's too much to learn/unlearn in order to build a solid foundation for a relationship. And then there's the co-factors, like higher incidence of drug abuse, alcohol, crime, etc. I would know, I used to be poor and lived in a low income neighborhood. Financially irresponsible women: paycheck-to-paycheck, behind on bills,…

Feminism has made the "standard" much more loose because a core part of the movement is to accept all women. Men just don't do that. They continue to enforce these rigid and hypermasculine standards that most men just can't reach. Any time there's a fat guy in a popular show or movie, it's played off as a joke. You rarely see a leading man that's in tune with his emotions, they're usually anti-social, cold, distant, etc. The red-pill, manosphere tells you that you've failed as a man if you're no…

I think you're onto something, as I don't agree with your conclusions, but traveling is a red flag. I don't understand how the novelty of experiencing a new place outweighs all of the safety and security of your home country. Like tap water, reliable emergency services, healthcare, understanding the language/road signs, familiar and reliable food, rights and freedoms, etc; these are incredibly important things to give up for x amount of months out of every year. And then there's the cost...if yo…

I think you're attacking it the wrong way - casual relationships are easy and low commitment. There's no adversity or growth that one needs to do in order to engage in those kinds of relationships - nothing respectable about it.

Male loneliness (‘Men don’t have meaningful relationships because women prevent this from happening’, check my last post to see this viewpoint repeated over and over) I think (my opinion incoming) this is the result of male friendships forming through shared activities. Coworkers, people you play videogames with, sports teams, etc. But it's 100% contingent on the shared activity; I personally would feel a bit weird going out to dinner with the people I play videogames with or playing videogames …

Your premise is incorrect: How come there aren’t as many women into fat guys as there are men into fat women? Guys are ok with sleeping with fat women, but not marrying them. I see a lot of posts on this sub conflating the two in statements just like this one. Also Fat men are well known to be funnier than skinny men. So why wouldn’t women want fat guys? In the same way you can generalize that fat men are funnier, women can also generalize with "fat men are smelly" and that could be one explanat…

I mean, I don't see any women committing mass shootings or offing themselves because they were radicalized by incel culture

TRP has existed for a while, like there is an "old RP" and a "new RP". I think you're referring to what most people see now, but the older one was much closer to MGTOW beliefs, Religion (Christianity), bodybuilding, with some racism/antisemitism and conspiracy thrown in. It's like how the term "based" was co-opted from Lil B by fringe conservatives, then mainstream conservatives, and now everyone uses it.

Birth control, in various ways, exists. There's no reason to 'withold' sex. It's also a very easy way to establish a strong emotional connection with most people. As far as making sure they commit, you can only ask questions and make an educated guess. Depending on how comfortable they are, ask about their friendships, family, hobbies, health (mental and physical), past relationships, etc. Also, be sure to make your intentions clear: Are you dating for marriage, a long term relationship, or a sh…

I think this is very much one of the problems with gender equality. Women and Men SHOULD be treated differently socially, but at the same time, we want to prescribe policy that treats them the same legally. The issue is that social/cultural values eventually become legal over time.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/07/23 05:10 PM

How does one learn? How do people become atheists? How does therapy work? How did German soldiers become capable of committing atrocious acts against other human beings? How do people become radicalized? Did Dylan Roof kill all those people because he was inherently racist? The human brain is incredibly flexible. To suggest otherwise means you don't believe in psychology, so just say that.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/23 08:55 PM

Because one has essentially been proven and the other hasn't? So many studies exist that show the effect porn has on men developing new fetishes, how they view women's attractiveness, and how they interact with women in general. That's ONLY porn. Could you not imagine a scenario where you were subjected with images of only women a certain body type and skin tone while being reinforced by your peers that that is what is conventially attractive? oh wait... To say that what OP suggests isn't possib…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/23 08:04 PM

Yeah, this is like 1000% accurate. You can make people do almost anything given enough time and torture/therapy. Religions/cults, Stockholms, brainwashing, etc operate off this base principle of neuroplasticity
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/23 07:41 PM

Ok, yeah, neuroplasticity and cbt are just fake, I guess
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/23 07:37 PM

You've got to be joking. Are you seriously implying that changing the type of woman you're attracted to and changing your sexual orientation are equally challenging?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/07/23 07:34 PM

...how exactly do you think porn works? And how many men spiral into some weird fetishes because of all the wild hc porn that's out there? What OP is describing has been proven to be true; do you think cognitive behavioral therapy is fake?

If the average man was approached by a woman, would he always take her up on that offer if there were no repercussions? The key here is 'no repercussions'. Would the average person rob a bank if there were no repercussions? Would the average person do drugs if there were no repercussions? I think the answer is always yes because of how broad 'no repercussions' is. If so, would he take her up on that offer even if he was in a relationship? Probably. No repercussions means that his partner will ne…

It just boils down to mental illness. They're the easiest people to take advantage of. You could say the same of women with low self-esteem, women who are depressed, etc. It's sickening, but it is the truth.

Why would men, at least historically, have any ability to properly vet and enter healthy relationships with women? Could you point me to the time in human history where the majority of men were choosing who they wanted to procreate with?

Do you honestly think that a 'good looking man' is only that and nothing else? Personal hygiene (discipline) and great features (genetics) are underlying, correlating factors that play into that.

Woman on the other hand, even when below statistical and potential average, posses sexually dimorphic and arousing traits by default simply by being a woman. Breasts, feminine faces, long hair, bums, high pitched voices, etc. Men are aroused by even women below potential average, let alone statistical. I dont think this is true at all. There are women with no bums, no breasts, no hips, obese, facial hair, masculine faces, deep voices, etc the same way there are men with no muscles, obese/skinny …

Having autonomy over how and when you work is probably the most ideal situation you can bring kids into. That way, you can always guarantee that at least 1 parent is spending time with / enriching the kids' lives. However, something akin to a 'stay-at-home parent' is terrible as your kids only really grow up with one parent. This can lead to dysfunctional family relations down the line. It's best to have both parents in the picture equally.
