Yeah, I know what you mean. Before I ended it with these two girls, I was seeing/sleeping with 5 in total plus talking to and trying to set up dates with another 2 or 3. It's fun... But kind of exhausting. I found I'd have to actually convince myself to want to go on the dates the day of. Once I did, they all went well, but it certainly took some motivation. I'll probably slow it down and date less people, but like I mentioned... I just want to make sure that nothing moves past the casual stages…

I've had so many good experiences doing this. Just going out, grabbing a couple beers, and meeting people is on of my favorite activities. I've noticed that my mindset changes throughout the night though. To start off, I just find a group to chat with. I was on a date last week that had been going really well. We we're talking about something totally unrelated when: Her: "You know I'm not having sex with you, right?" Me: "Okay, yeah sure" I may have smirked a little bit. Her: "Ugh, go get a bottle of wine to-go and we can go hang out at my apartment" She didn't even wait. She literally used this line as an invitation back to her place.

Yeah, that's kind of what I'm wondering. I went out this weekend and got 6 numbers. I think 2 of them approached me, and are noticably less attractive then the ones where I least made somewhat of an approach. I'm wondering if maybe it's a waste of time, since I never really contact them anyway. Moreso I guess I'm just thinking out loud and wondering if others will get involved in these conversations or just politely move along.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
