Do not hold allegiance to governments or cultures, that's how. How do you not get depressed and hate your life when thinking about it ? How do you find the motivation to do anything in life knowing that it will all be pointless? How can one find the motivation to have a family and kids when they believe in such a horrible future? Become hedonist like the MGTOWs. They are doing the bare minimum to stay afloat, checking out of society, eschewing marriage and creating children, and stocking up on c…

I needed the hyperbole. Otherwise, I would have thought it was a slightly different way to look at things, not a full on rethink your relationships with women deal.

Yes, the point I was trying to imply is that while there are a lot of dangerous kinds of people in life, it is a poor heuristic to assume that since men have murdered, robbed, raped, stabbed, beaten, tortured, etc. someone, that we should assume all men do that, since that provides useless data.

Rejection hurts, it takes a while to grow mature enough to deal with it. Given the option, most people would avoid dealing with it if possible. However, I believe most women get the option to avoid it while most men don't.

Actually according to the OKC surveys women avoid messaging men who are under and over their league. Maybe they only proposition men who have a 95% chance of saying yes.

She hasn't been doing a good job in self-care to make herself emotionally ready for sex. What do you mean by this? What self-care does she need? A lot of guys here (esp. RP) approach this issue like the woman is an evil seductress who gets a kick out of this. I'm guessing that's from approaching female sexuality from a male perspective. How are they different?

If I was to hop onto some strange anything, I myself would of course ask. While I myself require enthusiastic assent (where is the fun without?), that is not what is legally required, nor do I believe it is what should be required. Just consent. By increasing the level of consent required, all that is being done effectively is shifting the responsibility onto the man and increasing the amount of throwing under the bus he can be subjected to when certain kinds of women decide to take advantage of…

Drenzard said: Are you going to deny women can obtain sex and relationships more easily if they accept the offers coming their way? To which you replied: Great sex and good relationships? You really overestimate their chances. You are conflating any sex and any relationship with great sex and a good relationship. Drenzard did not claim quality, only availability. You are immediately filtering out poor sex and poor relationships because (I only suspect) that is what you subconsciously do: who wan…

What happens when there are no men who want to sleep with them other than psychos? More demonization of men I bet. I think a lot of mgtow share this attitude of "let it burn". This society is not our responsibility.

So if you are doing the poking, you should do the asking? I think that's a cop-out. That's like saying "Whoever does the asking out should pay for the first date." Sure, that would make sense if we had a more egalitarian society. But we don't. Men ask women out, partly because women will nearly never ask a man out. You can easily die a virgin if you are a man and only respond to being asked out and never asking someone out.

Is it in your DNA to want to be treated like a thinking being? Just because women (in general) want to be "taken" doesn't mean anyone views them as not thinking beings. Take the initiative to fucking ASK. It doesn't make you less attractive to kiss a girl based on your perception that she wants it, and then have a little chit-chat before you stick it in. Why, why in the world, is it always the guy that's supposed to bear all responsibility in sex? Why does the guy have to be the one asking? Shou…

Does it matter if you're MGTOW? What matters is if you're happy with yourself. That should hopefully be the only validation you seek. You don't have to swear off women and be chaste, but you should try to understand the difference between what society/other people say is true and what is actually true. That is at least the first step.

I am more MRA than MGTOW but even then I believe no one has an obligation to fix the system. It is our individual choices to make whether we choose to intervene or not, and I believe what we owe society is only what it has owed us. Today I might fight to fix it, tomorrow I may choose to watch it burn, but both are equally valid choices. For many of us, it has become too much to fight, and there is catharsis in its unravelling. For others, there is still some hope for a brighter tomorrow. But no …

Gonna need a citation on that into BDSM thing. A lot of women are into BDSM and identify as submissive or masochist. A whole lot, in my anecdotal experience. Showerthought: maybe many of these women are into BDSM because what they want is the sexual freedom and identity to prefer submission/masochism as opposed to "making love" or whatever feminism finds as less problematic sex. You can't legislate climaxes.

Feminism and men's right have a fundamental difference in that feminism sees itself as a panacea for all civil rights inequities. That's why it does not have and end goal, it will always morph to see itself relevant, even when unneeded. It can be hard to lose weight when you're used to a life with x calories a day. Going to x - 500 calories a day generally requires a lifestyle change and the constant hunger, fatigue, and discipline required that may result can be too much for many people. The thing about food is that you can't just cold-turkey stop it, you must have a healthy amount of food no matter what. It is not easy for many people. Source: I've been both over and underweight.
