Good but to me, its not worth it pursuing the false accusers at the expense of some people who got actually raped, and then charged with false accusations even if it is the minority. I mean, can you immagine how shitty would it be to be in their situation?

I think the idea is that most rape victims are already afraid of coming out, people don't want to add "not being believed and punished for your accusation" to the list of the victim's worries.
