-4	An honest wish of a Dad If, for whatever reason, Google had no application or hiring process and had to blindly pick people based only on demographic, then yes, these observations could be relevant information to his colleagues. But Google has a rigorous hiring process that gives a much better picture of an individual's performance, so aggregated statistics are close to meaningless for their candidates and current employees.
