The girl I was responding to said I had white male privilege. I included it for context. That being said, I did send her a link to our school's scholarship page, which had two scholarships that were for minorities only. I asked her why there were no white only scholarships. The same can be done for women's only scholarships vs men's only scholarships.

It could be one of a few scholarships that differentiate by gender, and many gender-specific scholarships specifically for girls are ones that support girls going into fields they traditionally do not follow into, which serves a specialized purpose and can't really be used as a proper general example. Well, it's a division 1 university in the midwest, and the scholarship was only for information science/assurance or engineering degrees. I believe you had to maintain a 3.8 GPA after getting it to keep getting it, which honestly I did not.

Maybe they give 50:50 scholarships to men:women. And since men generally do better on ACTs than women[1] he has to compete with more men. Which raised the score threshold. But this is bullshit. I'm just saying perhaps you're going after the wrong women. If you want a woman who expects to be babied, then by all means by her drinks. +1. I guess for starters I don't read women's magazines because I'm not a woman. And it may make you angry, but I don't see the issue. Some parents choose to circumcise, others don't. I can think of hundreds of bigger problems that exist today.
