Actually that is the problem with these types of laws. How are you going to prove discrimination, if the landlord is entitled to select a tenant based on any arbitrary undisclosed criterium except sex? I thought about this and came up with this very simple anti-discrimination law: If you offer something to people you do not know individually, it must be offered to anybody. If you offer something to few, select individuals, you may choose arbitrarily.

That reminds me a bit of the garden of eden story. Created curious, commanded to be ignorant, then punished for seeking knowledge. You might might want to evaluate that law again from the perspective of two teenagers in love. Yes, it is unambiguous, and that is good. Otherwise, it's an atrocity.

I remember a Muslim kid at school who was circumcised and everyone thought he had a deformed penis... Which is true. then everyone freaked out when they learned that someone had intentionally cut of part of his dick. Which is rational.
