The goverment want women to have more children, and the general view is nobody knows why the fertility rates are dropping. The norm is kids should be in fulltime daycare from age 1, and as the cost of living is high it’s hard to be a stay at home mom after that. There’s not enough hours to do both, and women suffer from it. But when viewed as a binary system each group is defined by comparison to the other group. Men have more muscle - stronger, so woman equals weaker, seem to have dominated the definition of traits.
