It would be the parents fault for the shit and last I checked you don't really gotta pay anything to put them up for adoption, correct me if I'm wrong. It's more so, "your parents were irresponsible for not taking preparation of being able to support themselves incase the time comes so they put you up for adoption because they couldn't give you the life that you need with their income."
