8	40+ MGTOW How do you feel about being single and alone in your advanced years? 58 never married nor co habitation. Running own machine shop business, own home no debt and lift weights ( deadlifted 275 last night, shooting for twice my body weight in a year ) mountain bike, xc ski skate, dirt bikes and 4Runner hobby. Adding new machinery at shop and always increasing my knowledge of cnc factory maintenance , welding and fabrication, heat treatment and the like. Plus save and re-home stray cats on the side. 1	Everything you need to know about lifting weights and how to start Saved, stellar post ! I lifted HEAVILY from 19 till about 24 and gained a solid 50-60 lbs muscle mass. Was repping 3 plates squat and 2 on bench back then at my best. Have had my own home gym with olympic plates past 25 years but have trouble staying regular on account of work, hobbies, home maintenance and cycling.
