Schedule a session with a psychiatrist, search for one through your insurance site if you have insurance. Look for one who specializes in ADHD if you can. Call the office and ask for a psych evaluation for Adult ADHD. They might ask for a session with the doc first. If you get a positive diagnosis, you'll probably want to look into prescriptions to help out, so its probably worth it to do so. It's not a minor condition, so you'll want to take it seriously, but it's not the end of the world.

Read more about ADHD. Go to the subs, read some articles, watch some youtube videos. See if more of that feels familiar or eerily relatable. I was diagnosed 20 years ago with ADHD. Everyone just told me it meant I had trouble sitting still and paying attention in class. I thought meds were for purely academic uses. Didn't find out about RSD until last week. Understanding that you're not just chicken shit, and not able to overcome "approach anxiety," is literally life changing information bro. Sometimes, for some people, it is something more/worse. Read more about the condition, and it's symptoms and treatment/coping strategies. Validation with shit like this is important. Understanding something makes it significantly easier to deal with. Stay strong, and keep fighting.
