1	I am curious about this place... Thank you. I read up on SMV for some days since you answered, and it makes sense, though I realized I naturally (and in most ways) have mostly alpha male smv. I probably am the natural born alpha male. We are both from Europe, so females working are normal, but then again, he comes from south eastern Europe, where males are Males, and where females don't work if they are pretty, while I come from northern Europe where women are independent. What I meant is that I work for the sake of earning money, but that I have an expectation that I will be treated well (that expectation is a good adjustment in all positive relationships). 4	Help with severe PMS... I don't like being on the pill, for other reasons than gain weight (it makes me emotionally retarded), so I have had to deal with some PMS issues. What helps for me is to work out regularly, at least 3 times a week every week, but only stretching during the days when the PMS is at it's worst. Also, drink water the days you feel moody/bad, and make sure you take supplements (vitamins etc.) regularly. 3	Do you earn more than your SO? I am deeply loving a man that doesn't work. I don't totally understand the "alpha male" idea, but he is very kind and loving, and I would do almost anything to make him happy. He is no pushover and he will not let me lead, nor does he accept me being "bitchy", so in that sense he might be an alpha male?
