Being a beta for so many years, reading trp now every day for a few months (even at cost of some time i could do other important things) gives me an impulse. Every single day i find an article and like "wtf was i doing all that time? that works like that not the other way round!". I started lifting cause of TRP. And it also helps me to remember awalt and not being too emotionally invested. The RP course length depends on the person. As for me - i need a daily reminder.
