1	As a victim of a false accusation from a girl, how do I move forward? You need to find a lawyer, sue the school and sue the girl. I know a lot of time has passed but it might not be too late. Hopefully your lawyer will be able to find your friends from back then who could testify that you didn't touch her. Also the incident where she wrote a threat on her locker can be used in your favor. Furthermore, I wouldn't be surprised if she made other false accusations, and possibly got caught, which could help you convince a court that she lied in your case too. 3	Girl who accused multiple guys of raping her admitted that she lied so they wouldn't publish the sextape. Yeah, we have to look closer at what is meant by "injuries". Did the doctor really say "injuries", or did he say something like "marks" or "bruises" but the nuance was lost in translation? 7	I've lived my life as both male and female and have seen how each gender is treated first hand as both: AMA Spciety can be horrible like that for boys growing up. I'm a man and I hated my body when I was a teenager. I thought the male body was gross and ugly, because that's how it's often described. Men smell of sweat, they're covered in hair, their skin is rough, their muscles are rough... Women have soft and smooth skin, they smell sweet, they have nice curves everywhere...
