Google and find a TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) calculator and track your weight and calories for a few days. That will give you your daily TDEE calories. Add 300 to that number and you’ll be bulking. Bulking = more calories in than out

GZCLP strength and hypertrophy program - there’s a really nice spreadsheet tracker that calculates how much you should be lifting for each workout and how many reps

You’re body is built to use carbs as it’s main energy source. If it doesn’t have enough it moves onto fats and then protein from your muscles. Low carbs are essentially forcing your body to burn fat which should be for “emergencies” only. Fats burns slower than carbs and is not ideal for performance. It’s better for sustained energy throughout the day but in terms of weightlifting and building muscle it’s not efficient. Keto should not be a lifestyle.

Get your estrogen (e2 ultra sensitive) checked. Estrogen is not the as big of an enemy as people think it is and plays a role in maintaining libido

Lift heavy, eat well (make sure you’re getting enough calories for how much your expending), and sleep well. I’m sure that’s hard to do in the military, lack of sleep / inconsistent sleep schedule won’t help you. When you’re stateside you should still get blood work done

Go get bloodwork done. Check your testosterone, SHBG, Free T, and Estradiol (Sensitive). Could be low testosterone. Really high and really low levels of Estradiol (E2) give you libido issues. NoFap is pointless. Just stop watching porn

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
