I have a female PRE (parental responsibility evaluator, same function as CFI) and am not done with the process, but she obviously favors me over my wife. BUT my wife is a piece of work herself. I don't think my female PRE has any favoritism concerning gender. I cant recommend anything though. My lawyer picked my PRE and said recommended her. Now as far as my criminal case went, my criminal defense lawyer thought that male judges were more susceptible to women crying in court.

Do you live in a state where the courts care about cheating?

Get out now. Start keeping records in a daily journal. Get a digital recorder and record your life 24/7. She is going to blow the fuck up on your entire existence and you may not be lucky enough to withstand it. You got mental shit going on? Dont f-ing talk to her about it. She will use it against you later and blow it out of proportion. Tell her some BS to throw her off your trail when she starts blabbing BS about you. Also, if you have mental health issues, start getting ready for a shitstorm.…

I wont be able to record her again. She has a protective order against me for a whole range of BS I didn't do and she doesnt have evidence for. But her statements were enough to get me kicked out the house and also not able to see my kids without an escort. I'll never allow her to be around me again without a witness. Hopefully I have enough evidence against her and enough evidence that Im an involved dad to win this.

I married into a somewhat similar situation, except my wife was living in a house her cousin owned. She only paid cable and utilities. She moved out after we got married. My wife is not independent and I should have realized that and seen the signs prior to marriage. My mom was not approving of the marriage, but she didn't tell me. I so wish I knew, but I probably wouldn't have listened.

What if you cant make it work? A woman who is trying to actively destroy your future isnt someone to share a home with. Will judges see how it is actually not safe for you to stay in the house and not hold it against you if you leave?

How did you accomplish this??? Just starting divorce process and my wife already pulled the "not safe in house" card. I have a lawyer, but Im looking at switching since I dont he's supporting my priorities and its still early in the game.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
