yeah it really sucks how he's so good at dog psychology but completely failed when it came to using the exact same techniques (alpha leader) on his wife.

except the part where he got divorce raped, his kids turned against him and he tried to kill himself.

just because Im not charging in head on doesnt mean im fearful. You dont decide whether to play by their rules or not, you are by simply existing in this day and age.

feel free to do something, but to do something without thinking of the consequences is stupid. In many cases the consequences far outweigh the possible results.

This is so wrong, I cant believe 7 people agree with you. You cannot change the game, all you can do is learn the rules and play to the best of your ability. Did you not read the recent post about trying to argue against feelz with rationality? thats exactly what youre suggesting we do with your post. It doesnt work like that and as one man standing up to your co-workers will only ensure you fuck up your current life. if you want to complain about how unfair that is theres a similar sub or discu…

we only advocate what works. if women dont want that, then they can feel free to turn him down. Im sure he'd clean up his act if his pussy supply dried up.

Saying that we all compromise a little bit and look at things from a different perspective feels good, but that's not any different than any other relationship advice. hell, im not saying it works! Im just saying in an ideal world thats what would happen. which you go on to cover in the rest of your post, nice.

no worries, one of my life things at the moment is trying not to get mad over stuff I cant control, theres usually not much point in getting angry over it and all it does is put you in a bad place. This is the generalization that I'm referring to. Just because some took advantage of the manipulative powers society gave them doesn't mean that all deserve the treatment that SOME (not all) TRP members seem to advocate. (Another comment here referred to it as "Dark Triad."). hmm, youre making me thi…

Actually, you can ask. It's worked quite well for me. yes because she already wants to suck it. you have either already proved your worth to her or you have good enough status for her to deem you worthy on the spot. Why do you think women try to manipulate as much as they can get away with? It's in their nature and theyve been bought up in an 'all girls are princesses' society. To me, much of this sub sounds like it's coming from an angry, rejected man. unfortunately it is, but it shouldnt be. t…

I'd argue what made romance work was that it was a two way street. The woman loved the security and protection her man provided, the man loved the woman for her girlyness and natural abilty to do stuff like take care of the home and baby. there was also a lot less social acceptance to go out, get wasted and fuck. sex was a big thing back then. fast forward to now and sweet jesus what a mess its become. romance is dead because women have be told they are a princess and thus should expect the man …

ok so you dont agree with all of it. youre allowed to decide what works for you and what doesnt. It sounds like youve got yourself happy in life, good for you, thousands of other men havent and they need to see the other extreme to the disney fantasy theyve been fed all their life. mmkay now ive got that out the way lets go through your post. Why can't you discuss your wants and needs in a calm manner instead of trying to trick them into playing it your way? you dont think all of us here have tr…

what the fuck is this shit? The only reason you prioritize your looks and physical appearance is to make an impression with the opposite sex. you cannot be further from the truth. being good looking is life on easy mode. the rest of your post is garbage as well.

Enjoy the life you lead successful RPers. There are always guys like me who are worse off than you. dude, anyone can be a successful RPer but whinging about it on the forum aint gonna improve your situation. you going to the gym yet?

I realize I am new to TRP, but from reading this post, it sounds like all the stuff he is doing, is what is recommended all the time No. He's doing nothing to improve himself. thats blue pill behaviour.

Well I'll be damned, good source. I feel like theres more to this story than GPA grades at one university though.

dude, we're talking about engineering degrees here. that report includes degrees gained in all available courses. find me a source that says women do better in engineering and I will eat my words and apologise profusely.

That extra time translates directly into better grades and a better grasp of the material. eeeeh not all the time. If this were the case then girls would breeze through engineering no problem. I can tell you they have trouble with it just like everyone else.

yup, being able to conceptualise how the part will work is something they either cant do or dont care about.

ok, the majority of them suck at it. also, just because you can get a degree doesnt mean you are a competent engineer. (Disclaimer, I realise some of them are actually good at engineering, Im talking about the majority, not the exception)

better at managing their schedules what does this have to do with being able to derive an equation from first principles or make a part in Solidworks?

because they suck at it. they know they suck at it and they know everyone else knows they suck at it. Its hard to enjoy something youre crap at.

Oh man, you mods are doing a great job. This along with the introduction of the weekly 'posts you might have missed' post should help keep the sub on track, at least for now. thanks!

this is something im pushing hard for this year: getting out and doing cool shit. It makes you an interesting person to everyone from the random girl on the bus to future employers (on top of being good fun). Im really looking forward to getting out hiking in the local mountains this year.

Yeah i realise I'm fairly lucky compared to some others around here, but you cant help but think back and imagine what it could've been like if you knew what you know now. Still, cant change the past, thats why I'm (and I hope everyone here is) working to make the best version of myself for the present/future.

That was long, but a seriously great post. Well worth a read through. Another example is known as a “shit test.” A shit test is basically when a woman challenges a man with a bit of anxiety she has been feeling. If a man reacts with masculinity, he passes. If he reacts with anxiety, he fails. thats a great concise description of what is at the core of all shit tests. god I love this post.

Can you see how thinking the second, versus the first, might affect how you might be willing to take calculated risks when you go for promotions, handle difficult situations, etc at work? right but then where do you draw the line? 100k? 200K? 1mil? I suppose the other side of the coin is what is there to spend your money on when you have everything you want/need.

I cant take women comedians seriously as half of their sets seem to meander around some crappy jokes before they simply resort to awkwardly 'joking' about sex or their vagina. I find that disgusting.

nope, I'm european. Its not the fact she might get pregnant, its the fact they are entitled to all the other things while contributing nothing to the company. In small companies this is especially crippling.
