Absolutely. I'm a big fan of approaches that encourage you to think about the underlying reasons why we do/feel certain things, and not quick fixes. The book (and the writer in general) teaches how to use honesty, bravery and vulnerability... instead of covering that up with layers of fake "machoism". Yup, that's correct. However models I believe focuses more on the deeper psychological side of the dating life, and does a pretty good breakdown of many behavioral patterns. It basically lays the groundwork for the long term. Afterwards there might be some work depending on each individual, someone might have communication issues, traumas, anxiety attacks, etc... which are again something that should be additionally addressed.

Read Models by Mark Manson. Great book, and touches on a lot of stuff that are wrong with the "gaming" approach and all dating magic. Highly recommended!
