1	She deserves nothing. I think business partners probably deserve compensation too. They fucked up. What part of that isn’t clear to you. Everyone who lost something as a result of their fuckup deserves to be compensated. There's been cases where Sperm donors have been successfully sued for child support so I can assure you that it's not as easy to get rid of financial burdons as you suggest.
