I think there's a miscommunication on the definition of rape here. 2	Feminists often bring up the past when gender roles were stronger, and women were expected to be homemakers pretty much. But nobody looks at the other side of that equation of men being forced to be breadwinners. Isn't the breadwinner gender role just as bad as the homemaker gender role? What about the mentality that "It doesn't have to be that way" i.e. I like to cook, clean, do all the laundry, et cetera. My partner has a decent paying job that they enjoy. We live together and they support me (as in expenditures like food and clothing and rent, I work part time to cover extra stuff that I don't 100% need, but like to have) as I take care of the house and meals and such.
