Yet the audience is smaller. Sex sells doesn't work so well in professional sports which are highly professionalized. The US soccer league got some weird niche trend audience right now, but it's very small, yet US male soccer audience isn't very much larger either. But boy, those women are bad compared to teenage boys. Take women golf for example. Those pros are pros, I couldn't compete even remotely as it takes a lot of skill through practice. The women soccer though, every half-decent athletic…

The difference is, I nowhere state that stigmas is incorrect. I also clearly stated that, but that stigmata is also a plural form and not just the simplified American English form. Multiple times, even. I am invested because I am really baffled by the mass phenomenon of lack of education here. A group of people who huddle up exposing themselves as totally uneducated and with their pitchforking displaying how ignorant they are as well as they simply think "stigmata doesn't exist" and thus it is s…

Funny, you educating me whilst you entirely do not understand the Greek origin and its flexion of the term. Man, Americans... one kind of arrogant and ignorant simoultaneously. There can be multiple flexion forms of the same word.

You obviously didn't thoroughly enough: https://www.reddit.com/r/pussypassdenied/comments/mh7w4t/well_well_well_oof/gsy26ii/ It's really astonishing that I have to explain this over and over again. That I even have to explain that is sad to a huge extent. No European country would even question that flexion because every of those are aware of Greek terms. There exists stigmata alongside stigmas, the simplified American English version. For some reason there is a huge group of people lacking educ…

It's sad that you are among the few who actually got an education to be aware of it. Thanks for pointing it out though.

Yes, dude. Read the other comments, I do not want to repeat myself three times.

It is and I nowhere debated that, but that doesn't mean that the other form doesn't exist like these people in here state it to be. I react to someone using a meme who says I misuse the term. What I do is point out that that person obviously doesn't know the form.

That would be an argument for not having a debate in first place as it is what you wrote and suddenly there is no other possibility for the plural of a word than the commonly used in simplified American English, hence there can't exist another used which is entirely contradicting "non prescriptive" language.

Read and understand, don't just read headlines or words in the links. Here have others: https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/stigmata https://grammarist.com/plurals/stigma-stigmas-or-stigmata/ https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/stigma It's really shocking that this is even a debate. And then again with multiple people who all think they are right for not knowing something.

Always interesting when people don't know what they don't know and thus believe it doesn't exist.

I am pretty sure that people who read your comments and mine come to quite an opposing conclusion than yours. I hope your child learns more in school than from his dad.

That stigmata is also a plural of stigma? Here have others: https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/stigmata https://grammarist.com/plurals/stigma-stigmas-or-stigmata/ https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/stigma That I even have to debate that is kind of scary and telling about the educational standard.

https://english.stackexchange.com/questions/536822/why-is-stigmata-a-plural-of-stigma Just because you only know the American commonly used simplified plural doesn't make it the only one. You know in general, just because you don't know something, doesn't make it not existing. But, be relieved, you are not the only one I had to share this with.

I am not, stigmata is also plural of stigma.

You should know there is a colloquial use of that term for "negative social condemnation". You know words can be applied in multiple ways.

I mean, men are simple, women are simple in a different way. But, men easily would watch almost any kind of women masturbate. I'm a man, maybe I am not representative, but boy, I'd watch almost any kind of women no matter the optic masturbate. Though, I am pretty certain that women would barely watch the top 20% of men attractiveness watch masturbating. (exclude personal relationships) So, that is I guess why that is deemed hot. Yet, both shouldn't get unequally negative stigmata. So, I agree, p…

There are more prospective recruits than actually taken recruits. So yeah, there is a market that is not saturated at this point.

The military has recruiting targets, how they fill it doesn't matter and is not the question here. They do not take everyone without an end. The question is not about turning male recruits away, it is that if there would be no female recruits there would still be the same quantity of infantry simply only male recruits. The whole assumption you base your idea on is that if there would be no 20k females there would be no 50k infantry as then there would be just 30k male infantry. Which is simply w…

I doubt that they just keep on recruiting blindly. They have targets, quantified targets. Now they just fill this with a mix, it remains 50k, no matter if filled mixed or with males only.

It would be more male soldiers as those spots would be filled with other men instead. It's not that there is lack of interest. Men are declined cause they don't succeed in the entry tests, those could be taken on if they'd just have to succeed the female test.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/03/21 02:25 PM

No you don't. It's not that you have half the population available at all. You do not have "more" infantry just because you suddenly also have some female recruits.
/r/PussyPassDenied23/03/21 12:21 PM
16

But why would that be the situation? Wouldn't it be rather be 50k vs 50k? Why is the opposite side suddenly "fewer" than that which fills it mixed?

That is the wrong inductive way of thinking. It's an exemplary depiction of a profile that happens to come along with dyed hair, usually blue. Pattern recognition is a thing, cause it works. People are predictable and want to fit into a label, even those who try to be unique and "different".

Boy, he never was "convicted"... just accused. And Heard was pretty quick with yelling that around. You fall for the drunk party-girl yelling "rape" to the quarterback who ditched her trap.

It's not a conspiracy, it's a shared mindset. It's people thinking alike and protecting their own interest. Active SJWs especially in the press are no foreigner to that. Just because they write like they act in moral ways, doesn't mean they actually walk their talk. Nobody will write a piece heralding Heard as the survivor speech person to go to, to then have to admit one was entirely wrong and has been bamboozled. Nobody does that easily. Also I have never heard of a "SJW conspiracy" before. Th…

Especially if it is a public and exposed position and especially after that person made bold speeches about surviving abuse. That's one barely to trust.
/r/PussyPassDenied28/02/21 11:27 AM

Maybe because so many SJWs are in those article bombers and Heard was a pioneer for the radical feminist events and abuse survivors. Flaunting that now would entirely mean one has to admit to be of bad judgement as to not be able to see one gets played by an abuser, to the end to even speak on events. Imagine the dilemma to confront yourself with waving the flag for the enemy. Very few are able to make that move to admit one has been very wrong in judging someone's character. And especially thos…

Perfect? No, for sure not. You can take drugs, be alcoholic (basically the same), have all kind of traumata and experiences which are far from perfect to create the character that is there now to make a good actor. But what is entirely not part of that is being abusive and manipulative to the end to transiently destroy someone as legendary as Johnny Depp.

When a guy walks in sweatpants it makes it very apparant wether his bulge is more dick or more balls. If I wear trunks, tight underwear, it's just one bulge. I don't see how that can be differentiated visually.
