This is such a silly thing to even try to compare. Here in the U.S., it’s ‘innocent until proven guilty,’ and men actually have legal recourse for false accusations—like filing for defamation or malicious prosecution. In India, laws like Section 498A can sometimes be misused, leading to unfair consequences before things even go to court. THEY ARE NOT THE SAME. Educate yourself bozo.
