Let's say there was a system that gave preference to men in female dominated fields, such as primary school education and social work, and gave preference to women in male dominated fields, such as STEM. Standards would not be lowered in any way. Would you guys be for such a system? Or would a system that had community outreach (but not preferences in hiring) be a better idea?
