1	Female applicants to be given preference for firefighting jobs: "preference in selection will be given to female applicants assessed as suitable" Male teacher applicants in elementary education are expected to remain silent. Let's say there was a system that gave preference to men in female dominated fields, such as primary school education and social work, and gave preference to women in male dominated fields, such as STEM. Standards would not be lowered in any way. Would you guys be for such a system?
