The fact that you can recognize and admit to your faults and weaknesses means that you are well on your way to growth and maturity. I agree with all of the posters who have recommended meditation and psychotherapy. And don't discount the positive effects of proper diet and exercise. Carbs and sugar can really create havoc with a person's mood. Ensure you are getting enough veggies, protein and healthy fats. Exercise will also help you feel in control of your life and moods. Try HIIT. You can do …

I think it is also worth considering that many of the red pillers who are most vocal online are the newly red pilled who haven't completely shed their "betaness" and are still in the rage phase or haven't been able to fully embody the theory. Inauthenticity is off putting. Even blue pillers can sniff out a fake. The most authentically alpha men I know wouldn't be caught dead on a subreddit or in the comments section of youtube. They are just naturally confident, charismatic, successful, powerful…

Yes, imho having a solid faith is helpful for overall happiness for both sexes. OP, are you asking as a general "WTF?! Are there any women out there who are interested in self-improvement?" or are you looking for something specifically to recommend to your current wife in the hopes that she will continue to grow and mature at the same rate as you? If it's the second, and neither of you are involved in organized religion, then I would recommend that you start doing your own work in some kind of s…

I wonder how many men think this same thing? And if it is at all related to some of the common misunderstandings between the sexes re: enjoyable sex. I do so very much love getting "fucked" and I don't understand at all the desire to penetrate someone else. I am solidly in the camp of women that can very much enjoy having sex without having an orgasm. I enjoy the other things that come with having sex: flirting, kissing, touching, cuddling, bonding and intimate post-sex chatting. I can and do ha…

I do admire that you are concerned about misogyny in trp. I would argue that the theory itself is mostly neutral, but some men who follow it are misogynists of varying degrees and some men aren't. Men and women are different, not equal. I would say that trp does recommend that men nurture strong boundaries and learn self love. In fact, I think it encourages men to become the best versions of themselves. The whole "treating women like children" thing is not necessarily misogynistic. Women *in gen…

I think the topic of how men can use jealousy/possessiveness to cement their role as leader in a relationship (regardless of the nature of said relationship ie. as fuckbuddies/ltr/marriage) could use some more coverage in TRP. For the most part, women do like to submit to strong, authoritative men. Whether or not they acknowledge that truthfully and consciously is another matter... Jealousy can be very hot. Being told what to do can be very hot. Firm, direct, no nonsense boundary setting can mak…

In addition to all the other awesome things that you are doing in your relationship, I would recommend actively searching out a circle of female friends that have values similar to yours. As your relationship grows and if you have children, a support network of other women is invaluable. Also, having other women to chat/vent with when you are feeling frustrated or emotional will relieve some of the stress in your relationship. I believe this topic is covered in The Surrendered Wife. It is totall…

I think it's great to see men reclaiming their power and exposing/fighting the harmful aspects of feminism. I'd much rather date a redpill man than a bluepill one. Redpill rage is a little offputting, but understandable. I also understand why some women are very angry at men. It is my hope that redpill theory can help create more understanding and less tension between the sexes. It's still in it's early stages though and is not completely understood by the masses.

I'm going to throw my voice in the ring as a woman who is not at all disgusted by male sexuality or male desires. I agree that it is reprehensible for much older men to sexually prey on much younger women. But I think that having the desire to "deflower" or mate with a young woman is different from acting on that desire. I've never been a man, but I can imagine what it must be like to live with reproductive urges that scream MUST MATE WITH BEAUTIFUL YOUNG WOMAN AND KEEP HER AWAY FROM OTHER MEN. …

Good on you for trying. I'll probably have to second the advice to join some kind of sport group. Doesn't have to be team sports - martial arts or crossfit or a hiking group or something will give you social skills, improve your networking opportunities and keep you in shape.

You are probably not going to like this suggestion, but I will offer it up because you are sounding pretty desperate. Go to church. You don't have to buy into any dogma, but you could start going to services in your area and see if any of the congregations/preachers appeal to you. Do it with a healthy dose of scepticism. Try the least fundamentalist ones - Unitarians or likewise if there are any around. If Christianity is totally out of the question for you, try Buddhism instead. Attend a medita…

I was being slightly flippant here. And I do agree that if a man doesn't have his shit together, he should be bettering himself. But I don't think he should be doing it just to get laid or get a girlfriend/wife. He should be doing it for himself because it sucks to be a loser. As an aside, I still think that men who put too much value on a woman's opinion are rarely fun, sexy, or exciting.

Freakin' hell. Yes please! Men should not listen to women...

Hell yes. I've often fantasized about being a man and how awesome it would be to have sex with me.

I don't do ONS anymore, but when I was younger, it was more about my life situation and current priorities than any qualities the guy may or may not possess (ie. travelling, in school, between relationships or otherwise just not looking for a LTR). I've never actually gone out looking for a ONS, they always just ...happened due to a strong physical attraction, "chemistry" and the right circumstances. But I would say that confident, funny, charming, tall (sorry short guys) and attractive (sorry u…
