Listen to this guy. I use to weigh 139 5’9 and started ICF 5x5 and tracking my calories. Calculated my TDEE and now I eat 2900 sometimes up to 3400 calories a day and I’m sitting at 156 and still increasing. Don’t cut your calories, if increase them to 3000 and keep bulking. I subbed to r/fitness and r/gainit and it’s helped tremendously
