1	Judge rules man must pay $30,000 in back child support for a child that is not his because it was his responsibility to "prove otherwise". I think a more interesting case would be a civil suit to recover damages by a male whom has been deceived for monies spent. Actually most states require genetic testing in order to ajudicate a paternity claim.
