36	Therapist rejecting MGTOW My therapist (a woman) was open to the idea of me being MGTOW. She believed that as long as it didn't bring harm to others, whatever path I chose for myself was alright by her. She also said other male clients of hers claimed to be MGTOW as well. 2	I feel utterly powerless Some OMAD with fasting, and it can work, but like with all things, you have to commit to it. ^This. Combined with keto, OMAD/IF is the way to go. But yeah, it requires commitment and discipline. I personally do OMAD 2 or 3 times a week and IF 6:18 the other days eating 95% carnivore and am down from 125 to 175 lbs at 6' 2". 4	What is the common denominator? I was going to reply with similar, but you put it much more succinctly. The only way the OP can get past that inability to make a move and instead be physically assertive is to think of the woman as being below him, so to speak. Don't pedestalize.
