I, too, see crimes being posted here and ask myself 'how is this a PPD?' However, in this case I think it is. She had a complete disregard for duty while lacking any empathy to the women as a woman. She was completely lazy with her idea of a cover up of "it will get deleted over time". Her lack of effort in any way, duty or self preservation, is a typical behavior of reliance on a PP.
